rude staff well not all staff just check in lady no help at all hour and half waits they dont care for u as a patient only want that money

Just left hwc kevin took care off me and man let me tell you he knows how to take care off a customer! He was super nice and friendly, had strong knowledge off the products and always has a hyper nice attitude! Definitely coming back and asking for him.

This place has the best flower I have been able to find. Absolutely amazing.

bomb ass meds. always come here to get the tastiest wax. flowers are top notch too

awesome service every time knowledgeable staff. went threw there last night picked the last half gram of bubblehash they had from the new company they went with (high grade) is the name and is of awesome quailty. recommending it to all paients who read this.

Great deals, helpful employees. Had to ask about deals my first time on shatters but luckily I overheard another budtender mentioning the deal so I was able to get it, but it would have been nice if it got mentioned when I actually picked out the only strain on the sale. Still loved the location, really happy with the products I received.

Dispensaries are a joke...keep ripping people off and the karma will come back around eventually. Prices are just f*cking ridiculous.

Let me say 1st they've got some quality concentrates. Shatter has always been amazing and the Sugar Cookie wax is tops. Been here 4x and the experience is hit or miss. I don't get how some budtenders are so unfriendly. Some guy was my budtender last time. You'd think you were pulling teeth for this guy to be pleasant! Perhaps it depends on the time or day as well? I came in on a Friday afternoon and they had 2 workers and only had 1 type of wax in! Literally one strain of shatter, nothing else. Waited 40 plus minutes for disappointment. On a Friday at that. Wait times are a mixed bag so unless you want something specific I'd go down the street where its always fast. To be fair ive gotten in and out quickly twice. Overall its better than some of the places in the valley but I only go if I spot something awesome on the menu. Even then I'll call before leaving to ensure they still have it.

I love this place. It is 100% my go to place. Billy was my bud tender my first two times and he was so cool and really really helpful. I was also serviced by other staff and they’re great as well. From day one Billy recommended the giggle stick and holy cow. After 1/4 of a joint you’re literally all giggles. It’s amazing. They also have great like for disposable vapes, shatter, and wax. I really really recommend them.

Love this place and the staff. Moved to Arizona a little over a year ago, and this has been our dispensary of choice. Always great deals and the reward program is stellar too!

I came here a long time ago I think... but a very by-the-book shop I guess... to the point of closing/door in said -face, even though the door was still technically open at 10:01pm... I showed up one minute after... and I am physically in the lobby and then refused my pickup order stating they are closed.... so I go back out and then I am standing there about to get in my car & receive a text at 10:06pm cancelling my order... wth Maybe this is why I never came back... if ya'all can't even work with a client/medical patient at that... i mean I am limping in and out of the store... Everybody so concerned if I am a Karen... but not obviously what I traveled over there for... I placed an online order in the early morning, struggled to get over there, i live far... there was sort of traffic barricade with cops that rerouted myself causing me to lose time.... I really was hoping the store would be willing to work with me, especially since I drove so far to pick up the medicine that I needed, I tried calling when I was rerouted but no answer.... So not cool with not compromising with a medical patient.... 😒 thanks for wasting my time and still leaving me in pain, with no medicine to boot! Again, I appreciate you checking on me after the fact.... truly.... but what good did that do...truly. Take care. And I hope you take better care of your customers next time!

the Walt is ridiculous. I've only seen 1 budtender in the last 30 min. I came and there was 3 people waiting and now there is over 12 people waiting.

The night bud tenders are very rude and very disrespectful. They changed the express online hours, and now they close at 9:30pm, but they did not inform anyone. I got there at 9:20pm and was told to go to the other building to check in. Then, when I came back to the other building, they were talking walk-ins, and I was told they would put my name on the list and get to me when they could. The bud tender had an attitude and slammed the door. Very Rude.

Damn Daniel😎 Im so glad he took me back and help me out, my original order got modified to perfection by him. His recommendations hit the spot, and I'm glad they have some knowledgeable individuals up front to assist so well.

Grate staff and products always on point best in town.
