1st time here and was impressed. mark mybtender was knowledgable and informative about product and deals. Flower i got was solid. I'll make the drive down here again.

I love going to Herbal wellness center because they always have a good selection of high THC flower.

The Herbal has the best flowers in the valley, by far. The first four visits the budtenders were very knowledgeable, very cool. The fifth time the budtender did not know anything about the flowers. Did not wait long, but the checking out process was a little long. Walked away feeling bummed about the budtender.

They have great deals and meds for sure. Order online or you could be waiting an hour. Sometimes even online ordering will have you waiting 30plus minutes. Not the best customer service for sure. the front desk reps are super crabby, I don’t even talk with them anymore. I get my meds and leave

This rating is for Wednesday's. Online ordering is a joke. So let me get this straight no matter what time you put your order in your going to make the customer wait 4 hours before they can come in and pick it up? There has to be a better way.

I was a first timer here. The staff was pleasurable and the strains I bought were very good. Enough that I returned and found out they give you a veteran's discount. I really didn't have to use it because they have awesome specials that were better.

Waited 3 hours at HerbalHELLNESS only to get my order cancelled without calling me or texting . worst 420 weekend !

honestly, they need to drop the whole connesour nonsense.... ditch weed and stoned budtenders... probably worth about half what they charge

disappointed in the RSO I got from them. I called 5 times and left a message telling them that I bought 4g of RSO and that even a full gram wasnt getting me high. i was stuck with the RSO and it's gotten me worried to order anything online from them because they might get over on me again. it was almost impossible to get out of the syringe, had my fingers bleeding in 3 different spots after I broke the syringe trying to figure out how to get the rso. I've been coming here for over 4 years giving amazing reviews every time but since they didn't make it right, I have to leave this. not sure if I'll come here again, they wasted $60 of mine and my time. I was excited for the bogo deal and didn't have $60 to just throw away like they made me do.

this shop use to be great now theres seeds in the bud the bud tenders rush u now instead of informing you on what it new and what they recommend plus they miss label there products so now you never really know what your gonna get I bought 4 grams of one statin took it home come to find out its something completely different

Wait times are too long, now Thai wouldn’t be an issue if they could keep track of the que, I have been sitting in this lobby for 45 minutes seeing people who have came in after me leaving before me. When I got to ask about this they tell me that they never actually got me in the que and informed me that I’d have to wait for another 10 people to go before they’d correct their mistake. No reason security should be handling the que, employ more staff for that

They have good staff, product, facility. It gets busy sometimes but thats just due to high demand because people know what theyre getting here is good stuff.
