Herbal Wellness Center - West (Med/Rec)

Quality has gone down so bad not sure what’s happening to this dispo but I’m DONE here ...bad service , long wait , quality not what is used to be .

Slowest service ever. Over 2 hour wait

Well I visited the west valley location and caught that the dispensary charged my alottment for way more then what I ordered. So since I caught what happened they decide to have me choose what I want in flower to make up for there mistake. Not knowing my alotment wasn't going to be fixed. So they make a mistake and think by giving me flower to match the alotment that was subtracted from me. Fixes the problem, well it doesn't and I decide to call this morning about situation and manager that FIXED PROBLEM says i took the flower and that makes up for there SCREW- UP it doesn't. And if I wouldnt if been there to catch this I'd be screwed like I was before. So I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE UNLESS YOU WANT SOMEONE TO MAKE A MISTAKE AND MAKE TOU FEEL ITS YOUR ISSUE. NOT COOL.

Rude people Not near enough bud tenders It appears they are cutting back on employees to save money and after waiting 45 minutes I left. Never ever returning. Don’t waste your time. You’ll get stuck here for hours

The hold times are becoming longer and long it’s really no point in online ordering best to just walk in you’ll be seen faster

I usually love this place and they treat me great but now they are choosing rec over med patients by making rec only deals and unfortunately they will be losing my business. It saddens me that they chose money over the medical patients that have been loyal for so long.

First time visit yesterday and Tina took aMaZiNg care of me! She was very knowledgeable, patient and helped me pick just the right treats for the bad day I was having. Fantastic deals across the board! Everything I needed was on sale yesterday, I felt so lucky! Doesn't hurt to have a lovely, caring budtender tell you to have a wonderful rest of your day and to remember that you're beautiful and to keep your chin up! Touched my heart 💜 Thank you Tina!! I will not go back to herbal wellness center ever again! If you don't like getting jacked then don't go here. So I wanted to pay cash for part of my order and the guy said something about the bank wanting $35 and my balance was $31so he gave me $4 dollars back. I checked my bank account later that day and they charged me $37! that's not all the guy also didn't tell me that there was a $2.50 atm fee. there was no atm in sight. also their prices do not included tax. I urge no one to ever go here.

Canceled my Online order with no warning sign or phone call with a reason why. Guess I'll go spend my money at another dispensary

great flower and good customer service

Awesome place! The top shelf nugs were beautiful, the rest (mid shelf?) was also pretty incredible looking. Prices are a little steep for the better strains but they are legit. Forgot my coupon but the guy comped me anyway, that's some pretty good service. The selection was also huge. Only downside to this place is the location, not very close to me. Otherwise it's awesome.

Great place, friendly staff, and lots to choose from! Don't be afraid to ask lots of questions, these guys seem to know their stuff!! If you need something for insomnia, try Martian OG. Those guys were right, it really does the trick! ;-) The people are helpful and nice, my only concern lies with atmosphere. Everything seemed like it was on display and I didn't want to touch anything. A furry rug, or a hanging blanket would soften the dispensing area up, and a pebble fountain with some natural herbs growing in the lobby would set this place at the top of herbal healing in the valley. Top it off with some soothing, tranquil music and this will be comfortable place to obtain my medication. Keep up the great work guys! I will be back soon!!

Stopped in for Grand opening for freebies of course. Free gram was for any strain $15 or under not some mystery gift or strain, awesome! The front is professional, nice cute gal with a nice smile to check you in, excellent! I tried out the Northern Lights, it was a bit fluffy but for the price you cant complain, first hit was strong and I choked out, the high was instant and intense, so worth it. The E7 is also good for the price. Overall I will be back and can't wait to try out the higher end price point strains. Edible selection here is like none I've seen, they look yummy, but I've yet to try them out, this place will probably be the first. Thanks for the dealz

Everyone that worked there was very rude to me. Im guessing its because I'm a younger guy but that shouldn't matter. There new patient special DOES NOT specify that you must choose your free eighth from strains that are absolute GARBAGE. Even the flowers i bought were LOW quality. The buds in the jars you view are there to trick you, what you get in the bottles are stemmy, dry, and gross. And to the short lady that works there. You should work on that attitude, your nothing special.

Their product is great. But the actual workers suck. Their costumer service is horrible. They are very rude. And disrespectul. But got the best flower. Bubba Skywalker .serpentine

My first time coming I waited two hours because they made a mistake to add me in line and even after finding out about their mistake they still made me wait like 30 minutes longer. The second time they send a stupid ass text that my order is ready to go to the counter when it's not ready. You wait forever for things to run out. Never coming again. If you want to waste your time come here.

the whole time im waiting in line for an hour for the DEAL OF 34.00 1/8TH AND THEY SAY OH ITS 39!!! HOW CONVENIENT WHEN PEOPLE ARE BEING SEEN AFTER HOURS. THATS FALSE ADVERTISING AND REALLY ISNT MY PROBLEM YALL HAVING TECHNICAL PRICING ISSUES. I AM REALLY PISSEF OFF LIKE THE PROCE SHOULD HAVE BEEN HONORED. YALL BAD. What the fuck happen to you guys haha🤣🤣🤣! Today was a wonderful representation of how down hill you’ve gone! That situation that happened today with the accident 💥was handled in the poorest way possible. Wth is 🐍management even doing. I’m just waiting in line as a Med patient getting a front row seat of the new cinematic picture “The big “oopsie” that happened on 04-05-21. Luckily I had about a hour and a half of a waiting Inline to see the whole show! Would definitely recommend! Loll I feel so bad for the security that works here. With this place it’s kind of rock bottom. Goood deals though 💚

the only thing this place has going for them is the deals on carts. i went in today only to wait about an hour just to get my ONLINE order... i went in to check why other people who came in AFTER ME were leaving first. Only to hear the employee say that she fucked up and didn’t check me in. that’s unacceptable. The employee who supposedly checked me in was high as hell and couldn’t even manage to keep her eyes fully open. Not only that but as i was almost home, they screwed up my order and gave me less carts than i purchased. I had to drive all the fucking way back just to get my shit. i’ll i heard was a meaningless“sorry” from the employee. what a waste of time.

The service and atmosphere has gone way done. 2 horrible experiences in one week. Today it was with checking in and the budtenders being extremely unprofessional and rude. Herbal wellness staff only about 4 have some sense and respect for patients the other half take the authority to far and are extremely unprofessional in your face. They have no fear of their consequences as a patient I am extremely appalled I just can’t believe herbal wellness staff at like that

worst dispensary when it comes to medical patients. The door man let three recreational patients to one medical.
