Herbal Wellness Center - West (Med/Rec)

So stupid they say there open for recreational on the page but not letting no one in if not for medical what put that on if it’s not true wasting my time driving over here

My favorite dispensary on the West Valley! They're medicine is something I always look forward to because I know it will be above excellent. I love their new pricing but I love their quality even more. Keep up the good work guys!

The service and atmosphere has gone way done. 2 horrible experiences in one week. Today it was with checking in and the budtenders being extremely unprofessional and rude. Herbal wellness staff only about 4 have some sense and respect for patients the other half take the authority to far and are extremely unprofessional in your face. They have no fear of their consequences as a patient I am extremely appalled I just can’t believe herbal wellness staff at like that

Went here the other day to see what they were all about and ended up being very impressed. Staff was super friendly and helpful, Long really knows his stuff. Even the security guard was friendly. I only got a Pre-roll and the free gram but I was blown away by the quality of both. Pre-roll was excellent and the gram was surprisingly potent for a first time gift. I Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again soon.

Thanks to Josh, I now have the best meds I've ever had. S/o to this place for their insane wax and knowledge/passion that goes way deeper than the other dispensaries out here have. I could hang out here all day honestly it's such a perfect place. THANK YOU CULTIVATORS, JOSH, AND THE HEALING ALCHEMIST!

The quality of the flower is inconsistent this is the second time I’ve gotten flower that is total trash won’t be coming to this location ever again

do not do business here. you would believe after being a long time client that these folks would get things right. Why in the world would you offer online ordering to not hold the product that the client orders? This is not the first time but this is the last time shopping with your incredibly unprofessional establishment. There are so many clients so you wont miss my business, but likewise there are so many options to shop, and your competition is fierce. Extremely dissatisfied and let down by herbal wellness center. To give you an indication of how upset this has left me, A strong Fuck you to your establishment. DO NOT RECOMMEND DO NOT SHOP HERE THIS IS THE LAST TIME HERE

place took a hour and a half just for some weed weed was ok will not return

Not following social distancing order! Offering products that are not available. 4 orders have been cancelled in a row because they are not smart enough to track inventory. I have spent thousands a HWC. It is now to difficult to get my medicine here I will buy elsewhere.

Well im not sure how to begin, cause usually when I go it rather an ok thing, nothing spectacular or anything but usually everyone pretty chill, but this last time i went it was not so pleasant and neither was the girl at the desk where you check in. With a atittude linked to the devil, it made my last visit horrible and im not sure if ill be returning. They always have good flower with reasonable prices. And i guess i would say im a regular there. There usually my "go to" spot. But im the type of person who expects friendliness helpful people when you work in a retail industry. Id much rather pay 5 or ten extra bucks and have happy helpful individuals help me with my medication.. idk maybe im a dinosaur, but i dont know who would want to spend their money with a company who gunna have an attitude w me.. no thnks.. i might return but probably not anytime soon

I’m not kidding when I say the line was long I watched the whole “Superbad” Movie in line then still waited another 25 min I finally got into the store where I then had to wait another 20 min to get a bud tender to speak to me my plans for the day got very ruined after my experience at herbal wellness and the 25-30$ I saved on their prices did not add up to my time I wasted in line only for people with to much time on their hands

Not worth the free eighth. Hv had better Reggie then the Gorrilla glue #1. 20-25$ grams!!!! If it was super kill that would be one thing but this some dry not well grown imitation of good bud. Don't be fooled.

Well I visited the west valley location and caught that the dispensary charged my alottment for way more then what I ordered. So since I caught what happened they decide to have me choose what I want in flower to make up for there mistake. Not knowing my alotment wasn't going to be fixed. So they make a mistake and think by giving me flower to match the alotment that was subtracted from me. Fixes the problem, well it doesn't and I decide to call this morning about situation and manager that FIXED PROBLEM says i took the flower and that makes up for there SCREW- UP it doesn't. And if I wouldnt if been there to catch this I'd be screwed like I was before. So I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE UNLESS YOU WANT SOMEONE TO MAKE A MISTAKE AND MAKE TOU FEEL ITS YOUR ISSUE. NOT COOL.

Took me an hour to get an online order and when I expressed my feelings to the bud tender he laughed at me and said just came at a bad time. Everything I go here I wait 30+ minutes and I always order online. I will never be spending my money here again. This is not the only dispensary in town. I usually go to ones smaller then this location who are just as busy. They get everyone through in a reasonable amount of time. Bud tender was rude and service was extremely slow. Should've taken me 30 MAX and took me over an hour. Ridiculous the way the bud tenders acted when I talked to them. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. there is better weed at other dispensaries.

this place used to be my go-to dispensary. I was here weekly for the ounce special and I got some good, big, strong buds. I would come out from Florence and I enjoyed the experience, it was worth it. Now they are nothing special and not worth the trip. Since recreational, this place is in the dumper...
