Herbal Wellness Center - North (Med/Rec)

There are two Herbal Wellness location and honestly the north location is no close to me at all but I will go to this location every time because the customer service you receive before you get back to the floor or even once you are back there is always great. I can not say that I have the same experiences when I am at the West location. Guess it too they the second time to get it right.

Gave me bogus line about 1st time patient can't order online. Have done this on more than one occasion at other dispensary around the valley. We're in the middle of a pandemic and they expect people to come in and spend unnecessary time in their store front when this could have been a very quick in and out transaction. I'll give my business to another.

The fluctuation in price points make it nearly impossible to rely on for affordable cannabis. Nor do the daily deals create any sort of discount worth having.

love where this is located, has been my favorite dispensary for a while glad they have expanded locations. also Maddy who answers the phone is extremely helpful.

HWC has been my go to for quality meds for over a year now. I used to always go to their West store which is about a half hour drive, on top of their wait times (which we ain't gonna talk about rn 😏) because their meds, deals and service are ALWAYS on point. Last week was my first visit to their gorgeous new North Valley location. Wait times are shorter which makes the longer drive worth it, but tbh I'd drive anywhere in the valley and wait in any line to see my new favorite bud tender, Ana Gonzales. She hooked me up big time for my first visit to this location and made me feel valued and important; not only as a patient but, more importantly, as a person! She's remarkably sweet and caring and makes me look forward to visiting HWC North every time. Thank you HWC and thank you very much Ana! 😁

My whole experience was awesome recommend it to anyone the staff was very friendly and helpful deafly going back.

Matt was my bud tender and he was AMAZING! Such a lively personality and great service. The building is stunning and you’re met with a smile from every single worker you meet eyes with. That’s rare customer service now!!! Thank you

I waited an hour and a half just to be place in the waiting list. Then when I finally get call I wait another 20 minutes in the actual waiting room. The product was OK for “top shelf” products but when I was very displeased to hear they did not have the deal anymore after I waited so long for. Staff was very friendly but being organized and on top of things us their down fall. Will not be coming back again. Definitely a waste of my time and money.

Budtenders who LISTEN...Thank God. Not a fan of them no longer saying what flower is on sale on the daily texts...but still good quality weed 95% of the time. Customer Service ROCKS when I had massive surgery and they changed the flavor to something that made me retch...they replaced several carts!!! Service!!! Literally go weekly and look forward to it!!!

I usually dont write reviews but I am still in Awe of my experience and this visit must be known to all. This review is about Ryan. My good friend is a new patient who is a stage 4 cancer warrior going through chemo. She is new to cannabis. I am a patient as well but i have no idea what what be good for her. She can't smoke and I am not experienced in any other forms of cannibis. She had tried gummy s but they weren't working for her. I brought her here because she didn't know what questions to ask amd again is New to all of this. Because of covid 2 people cant be assigned to 1 budtender and I really wanted to go back with her. I explained why I wanted to go back amd they brought an ANGEL up front to chat w us. It was Ryan Again I am a patient for yearssss and I have never had the experience we had today. He was soooooo knowledgeable and nice and took so much time answering our questions amd really helping my friend. He didn't rush us... He took his time explaining everything she needed to know... And then came out amd explained everything to me and her husband so we understood too. Like im still in aweeeee hours later. Ryan thank you so much for being amazing.... Patients deserve people like you... And you deserve a raise Sir! Please dont ever stop being you because you are amazing. We will see you again!

The staff was very nice. I prefer to have the tiers of flower on display and price. I’m really glad I asked to see the flower before I purchased. Actually I’d like fresh deli cut flower again but I know that’s asking too much. I will go again due to great customer service. I do like the product now that I’ve used it.

Love the vapen carts and the variety that herbal offers , these are my go to when I’m running low on funds

be carful what you buy from here. have false testing numbers an even have 2 thc percentages on their carts (vapen) . their weed is okay just stay away from organica. but this will be the last time I go to tht dispo bc I go sold a 76 thc percentage cart when it was listed as 91 percent. to me I got ripped off an deceived. I was told their isn't much they can do about it so yaaaaa. just Know you will be treated as a lick an not a actual customer!
