love it! right down the road from one of the most chill areas in the 425. needs a bigger parking lot tho. and reciepts should definitely be made an every sale every customer thing. also could benefit hugely from increased airflow/ventilation. 7/10 overall tho

I've been here 2x now, the first they were pretty busy, the second there were about 4/5 people in the shop. Their prices are amazing and the staff seemed pretty knowledgable. However, both times I felt like I was being shoved out the door and just another sale. I get being busy and wanting to push through the line, but I don't want to feel like a burden to someone. Everything else was great.

Excellent customer service everytime. Extremely well versed staff and very friendly to one and all. Newcomers and old at hats are welcomed.

This is typically my go-to rec store for concentrates. They always have great deals on waxes. They seem to mostly carry bulk, very "meh", flower. However, they are selling the bulk stuff for a much better price than anywhere around, so for the price/quality ratio is definitely still acceptable. Budtenders are generally knowledgeable. When I ask more specific questions about /taste/smell/high usually they don't have the answers I'm looking for. I'd definitely recommend already looking into what strains you'd like before coming. With that said, all the employees are very friendly and I've never had any issues with them. Atmosphere is very cramped. There's a big shelf in the middle of the store that acts as a line, but it just makes me feel a bit claustrophobic. When it's busy, which is around 4-5 customers, it feels super cramped. The music is almost always too loud for me.

Best shop I've been to. Black Haze found here is wonderful. Permafrost is another fave I saw on my visit, along with Super Lemon Haze and Purple Sour Diesel. MUCH more affordable prices than Everett rec shops. AMAZING specials here, even $100 ounces when they have them. These guys are EXTREMELY careful about ID's being legit. I love this place, so I hope they stay in business a long time, good security is a plus! The cherry on top though, is the service. Unparalleled. I got to talk at length with a budtender about what I wanted and could afford, and he showed me an actual menu, which I have never seen the likes of at other shops. Very friendly guy who offered me a decent variety and told me considering which buds I had previously liked, what I may like in different strains. Basically he told me the best way to spend what money I had, in the best way possible. I left with some ATF, Voodoo Child and a pre-rolled Blue Rhino joint. I'll be back in a week! :D

The lady that helped me today at 2 was extremely rude, and personally I think she doesn't fit in there. Everyone that has helped me all the other times I have come in were very very nice and helpful. This woman was very curt looked at me like I had no clue what I was doing and offered very poor customer service. Skinny woman, young, wearing "I love weed" lanyard. I would avoid her if you're trying to have a positive experience/ if you're not sure what you want. This is my favorite place but I'm really disappointed and sad. I ended up feeling very anxious ( even though one of the questions I asked was what would not make me anxious, haha :'( ) and left with something she just sort of threw at me with no explanation.

One thing I can say about Herbal Nation is that they do honor price differences if the price is different from their online menu compared to in-person they will honor the deal and to me that makes it worthwhile for this dispensary to earn my business for another trip.

We came in from out of state and had what we needed within 45 mins of looking. Great service and wide variety! It was awesome!

Went back to the store after my first visit to return a bad 3-1 Vape. I expected that I wasn't going to get any satisfaction. Wow, was pleasantly surprised. The ID guy got Joe the manager to speak with me. Joe took me to his office next door to the shop. We talked about the problem and the price. He was genuinely concerned and very respectful. I ended up with more expensive Vape and a discounted gram of Blue Dream to make sure I was happy. Great customer service, I will keep shopping there.

I love this place. All the staff is incredibly knowledgable and nice, I'm there 2-3 times a month and it's my local go to. They have an incredible selection.

I've been coming to Herbal Nation since it opened and it is the only store I go to now. The prices are below market, their pre-rolls are cheap and delicious, and the staff is knowledgeable; every person in there knows their strains and can tell you just about anything - even when it comes to baking your own edibles! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a chill and inexpensive experience.

I come from Bellevue. Used to live down the street. They have some off the hook strains that you need one toke off of like the Wappa. If you havent had Everlast, you missin out. . Classy joint with super friendly, up with the dope info and chill. I Recommend this place to the connoisseur. Well done Herbal Nation.

I literally love herbal nation!!!! This is my go to spot!!! Staff are always smiling with a warm welcome!!! Always willing to help!!! They are all so well educated about cannabis !!! Wouldn't go any where else !!!!!

As someone who wouldn't know an Indica or Sativa if it bit me in the OG Kush, I couldn't be more pleased with this shop. Knowledgeable, helpful, kind... Highly recommended.

Good selection of accessories and helpful staff I came right at opening and caught them off guard but everyone there was nice&had great recommendations for herb and even reminded me I needed a lighter!

I love all of the staff there. We have a good time when I go in to make a purchase. IF I ever make a comment that the last strain I bought was dry or any complaints, they listen and make suggestions for something else I might want to try. I am a loyal customer. Relationships are everything, in any business.

Small shop, but good selection, and friendly employees! Prices varied slightly from the listed menu (~$1 off), but not bad at all! Location is nice, easy to get to, plenty of parking!
