Herbal Nation - Bothell

I came here the day they opened & was impressed with their selection and their staff. Since then, I've returned a dozen times. I've noticed their atmosphere getting a bit 'snobby' and you are always rushed because of the line. With so many (constantly changing) growers & strains, I want time to look & choose. You can't see product when only one or two customers can get up to the counter. I'll come back during their slower hours.

Herbal is a good, clean shop. large selection of flower, wax, oil, pre-rolls. They have specials on a regular basis and try to keep the same Producers for somewhat consistent strains.

Everything about herbal nation is true there great and very nice and know me on sight I love them and would recommend them to everyone.

I work near this spot. I usually stop in for The Clear carts when I forget to come prepared ;)

I'm not sure the staff understands 91% total Cannabinoids is different from 91% THC... No reason to charge more for concentrate based on test results, especially when the actually THC is only 79% and says it directly below. I'm really not that mad(4 star review) but it seems like a bait and switch. I'll take it as an honest mistake and be back . Peace!

we have visited several times and always get great customer service and very knowledgeable staff. we recently dropped by for their I502 party and had a ton of fun! this is our go to store!

And DONE! bought a vape cartridge, following their defective cartridge return policy, I went back to the store, was told there was nothing wrong with the item they sold me, the problem was my charger. they sold me another charger, guess what? the defective vape is still defective. I will not be back, cause that is some bs!

I love all of the staff there. We have a good time when I go in to make a purchase. IF I ever make a comment that the last strain I bought was dry or any complaints, they listen and make suggestions for something else I might want to try. I am a loyal customer. Relationships are everything, in any business.
