Herbal Nation - Bothell

I've been coming here since they opened and have always received exceptional customer service and great product. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, and have always been patient with my newb questions. :) Highly recommended! (also really glad the prices have come down a bit)

I purchased a Juju joint and it fell apart the first day. I have had to continue inserting the end piece before using. For the cost I am not impreseed with the craftsmanship and value. Staff was very nice though.

Went back to the store after my first visit to return a bad 3-1 Vape. I expected that I wasn't going to get any satisfaction. Wow, was pleasantly surprised. The ID guy got Joe the manager to speak with me. Joe took me to his office next door to the shop. We talked about the problem and the price. He was genuinely concerned and very respectful. I ended up with more expensive Vape and a discounted gram of Blue Dream to make sure I was happy. Great customer service, I will keep shopping there.

I've been coming to Herbal Nation since it opened and it is the only store I go to now. The prices are below market, their pre-rolls are cheap and delicious, and the staff is knowledgeable; every person in there knows their strains and can tell you just about anything - even when it comes to baking your own edibles! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a chill and inexpensive experience.

I come from Bellevue. Used to live down the street. They have some off the hook strains that you need one toke off of like the Wappa. If you havent had Everlast, you missin out. . Classy joint with super friendly, up with the dope info and chill. I Recommend this place to the connoisseur. Well done Herbal Nation.

Great first time LEGAL experience, nice atmosphere, I'm looking forward to a larger selection, which, according to their latest menu update has already occurred.

Very cool staff, a striking blonde in particular made for a great day, and an informed purchase. Sure prices are silly high but everything will settle in soon enough. Cannot really give a solid rating for atmosphere as the place is essentially a pine box shed with bud inside.

I'm not sure the staff understands 91% total Cannabinoids is different from 91% THC... No reason to charge more for concentrate based on test results, especially when the actually THC is only 79% and says it directly below. I'm really not that mad(4 star review) but it seems like a bait and switch. I'll take it as an honest mistake and be back . Peace!

I love this place it has a good feel to it no matter who you are. Sometimes places make me uncomfortable and the unapproachable staff leaves me unable to ask the questions I need. The guy was awesome behind the counter and they have great deals and selections. I've already brought in one of my friends just to show them. Even when they're parking lot was full and I got the last spot I was in and out so fast due to their great customer service.

Staff has been really nice and knowledgable every time I've visited. Clean and well lit store with a variety of products. Worth the drive to get to them as their hours are really good for my area.

This is the best shop in the Seattle area the product is amazing..😀 The staff has tons of knowledge.. I got some super lemon haze that was extremely good.. Every time I go there I walk out with a smile.

This is typically my go-to rec store for concentrates. They always have great deals on waxes. They seem to mostly carry bulk, very "meh", flower. However, they are selling the bulk stuff for a much better price than anywhere around, so for the price/quality ratio is definitely still acceptable. Budtenders are generally knowledgeable. When I ask more specific questions about /taste/smell/high usually they don't have the answers I'm looking for. I'd definitely recommend already looking into what strains you'd like before coming. With that said, all the employees are very friendly and I've never had any issues with them. Atmosphere is very cramped. There's a big shelf in the middle of the store that acts as a line, but it just makes me feel a bit claustrophobic. When it's busy, which is around 4-5 customers, it feels super cramped. The music is almost always too loud for me.
