Ive really slowed down on coming here. the flowers aren't being grown as well as other dispensaries and I feel like by now we should be seeing some high cbd or high thc strains. where are the specials for people who don't smoke joints??

I've been to harvest several times. I will admit I have been impressed with the quality of SOME of their strains on the top shelf, a couple of them are as good as anything I've ever seen (and that says a lot with the # of years I've been smoking and growing) and truly deserve to be on the top shelf. However they surely don't deserve the exorbitant price tag of over $70 after taxes!!! No marijuana should ever cost more than $40 an eighth, the best stuff can be found for $50 right now. The first time I went to harvest I was able to find something decent for $55, still expensive but I was willing to pay that because my other providers were unavailable at the time. Several visits since then I found absolutely nothing worth smoking for under $65. they still had some great strains on the top shelf, as well as a few that I would say are just so-so (for $70!), but EVERYTHING on the lower priced tiers was absolute garbage! I wouldn't pay $10 for that crap, hell I wouldn't even smoke it for free, and these A-holes are charging people up to $55 plus tax! the owner should be ashamed

I have been to few dispensaries... and Harvest is just simply levels above them. The quality of their facility and environment is unmatched. I was willing to pay a few extra dollars for quality service, a secure environment and good people. I will no longer be going anywhere else for meds.

This is the nightmare of all med shops, and this is the perfect example of what happens when corporations take over industries. The prices go up, the quality goes down, customer service goes away and if you don’t like it, tough luck. I’m a (would have been) first time customer, despite everyone that I know with a card warning me not to use this particular company, they call it “the Walmart of weed stores” they advertised my favorite strain for sleep, so it seemed worth the dice roll. Friends warned me that their inventory doesn’t match what the websites say, so I called ahead to make sure, and they verified that the strain I wanted is in stock. I knew my drive was going to be close to an hour one way (the 10 East is closed all weekend for construction, making it twice the length as normal) I arrive, fill out paperwork, and stand in a line that was more of a free for all. What is the point of letting so many patients go to the back while others still haven’t checked out? Especially when there’s only 2 budtenders, and the one I had had limited knowledge of product at best. And like I was told by my friends, drum roll please.....they didn’t have my strain. The strain they verified having an hour before. Then of course comes the salt in the wound, they try upselling me on another strain, and at double the quantity (and double the price) of what I came in for. They weren’t even knowledgeable enough to try veering me to a similar strain that gives similar results, and this wasn’t just one employee who lacked this basic cannabis knowledge. Also, everything that I saw here was prepackaged, meaning you can’t see or smell what you’re getting before you buy, the shop layout is terrible, very unorganized. The jars the left contain older medicine because there was very little, if any aroma. At least switch them out once in a while! The gal at the counter didn’t know which strains did what. I came for a specific sleep med (heavy indica) and their 50-50 hybrids, especially at much lower THC levels aren’t going to give the patient the desired result. The employees either don’t know cannabis or they don’t care, and were just trying to get another sale. Almost 2 hours in the car and 20 minutes in the shop only to arrive back home without medicine. Zero stars is too generous. At least one of their employees apologized to me, which is more that what other reviewers are saying about their nightmare experiences with this place. My friends were right, these new corporate shops are the worst, avoid Curaleaf too, and this one felt like the Disneyland of green pharmacies, and this is not a compliment in any way.

I came here based on the other reviews. I knew absolutely NOTHING, and needed a ton of help in figuring out what to get. The staff is laid-back, professional, and knowledgable. They let me take all the time I needed and answered every one of my questions. They never made me feel like I was bothering them, or that I should already know this information. They didn't rush me, and made sure they understood what I was looking for before offering any suggestions. The staff walked me through the entire process and made it simple and easy for me. The level of service here is outstanding, and the facility is really nice. I will definitely be back.

Saw this pop up on Leafly recently and just viewing the pics was super stoked to stop by. Harvest rivals even the best dispensaries in California, yes it's that good. A shining light in the sea of questionable locations around Phoenix. This is the model that everyone should strive for, a clean, comfortable, and safe environment to get your medicine. Support these guys, they are legitimizing the industry.

So basically I haven't been to Harvest in a while. Seems like Harvest found out because I received an email for a free gram, if I fill out a survey. I figure I'll give them one more shot. So I fill out the survey. Get my coupon and head over to Harvest. I notice the new happy hour for $13.00+ tax preroll and thought meh. First bad sign I picked up was when the strain I was promised was not on their menu. When I receive the medicine its labeled " blue dream $18.00" I figure it might be some older middle shelf stuff. I had to smoke it in a blunt. So, I received an email today like many of you who are on the email list saying "If you name Harvest of Tempe Best dispensary of this year we will give away free grams for a day!" Yeah, last gram I received free from you was not only dry but was probably the worst thing I've smoked since I've had my medical card. A free gram is a free gram, but the free gram I received was worse than some of the shit at shady compassion clubs. you are expecting people to vote for you to be the best dispensary and in return they are probably going to get a terrible gram like I did. Not the mark of the best in my opinion.

So as a first time patient i dealt with Eric. he was very informative. The issues i had are the following. They changed the name on the green crack. i understand trying to get away from the name. But as the other bud tender mentioned guest that the names were changed on a few. this really bothers me for people who are looking for something specific. Please keep the names the same so we can have a standard for the set strains. with all the crosses these days it gets hard to keep track of what you need. M only other issue with this place was that i picked up 4gs. and a free preroll. when i went to open my stuff because it comes prepackaged. I smoked a bowl of the "green crush"(green crack), and the cypress og. they were ok for not being top shelf. then i went to open the haze and thought it looked short. but the buds weren't dense. so i threw it on the scale and it came out to .71. i immediately called back and got ahold of Eric again. i was told to bring the unopened g that i got for my girlfriends seizer back to the shop which is an hour away. that's all good, but if the bags had been correct in the first place this issue would have never happened. my friend also picked up a black cherry soda. not sure if that one was short either. as for quality. i have to say a 2. i havent tried the last g, because i am taking it back. but the only one i would consider trying again was the miss named green crack. the customer service has been great so far.

First time visit. I like how organized everything is, but not much to chose from either. Great discount shelf but otherwise prices are higher than others shops in Tempe with the same quality. Small shop in need of more space. The flower was alright as well.

Picked the Willy Wonder and ATF last time. Both good quality, good looking buds. I'll be in for the Pineapple today. This is a nice friendly place to get good quality meds and No BS. keep it up guys.

I don't usually write reviews, it isn't my style. But after reading the reviews below I had to. I went into Harvest yesterday and it was so nice. The decor is amazing, and all of the finishes are really nice. Their selection is fantastic and they have test results on all of their products available for us to look at, i haven't seen this at other places before. I would highly recommend Harvest to anyone

Super nice place. Probably one of the nicest Dispensaries ive ever seen. Sadly thats where it ends. The meds are decent, not great. The atmosphere while pretty, is uninviting and kinda cold. Like Bloom did their place. The only strains worth a dang are the ones they charge $60-70 1/8th for. Not worth it to me.

I like this location and tried Harvest for the first time. I had a good experience, and the place is much like all the other places. My product was a little too dry and just crumbled so I was a bit disappointed. The customer service arena might need a little additional training as one budtender (or he may be a manager who definitely knows his stuff) started to help me and then left me to help someone else, then left. I didn't get a good vibe from him but otherwise a fairly good first visit. Atmosphere was nice and clean but feels a bit dated and cramped. Overall not a bad visit so don't want to be too negative. I'll give it one more visit.

The product is good. However I hate how the cashier stations are set up. Every single time I go here I get cut off in line. It’s honestly annoying to the point where I probably won’t even bother with this place anymore.

Flower is too dry most of the time and honestly not very tasty and the welcome group is a bit over the top my opinion. 👎 Access and parking is much easier than your Baseline location. I think if it is a big deal everybody would be doing it, right? Maybe a few less of those helpers and you can save $$$ and Spend on better quality and prices.

This is the worst dispensary in arizona everyone if you wanna b smooched up to nice looking place but horrible below bottom shelf meds then try harvest out

The best. I generally don't love dispensery prices, but I've found some great flowers on their value and premium shelf. It seems like the highest THC is on the premium and value. I really don't care how pretty the flowers are. I want them to work, so I'll be skipping the expensive stuff. But I love, love, love the rest.

I am unhappy to report my first negative review. I asked for sugar cookie and got girl scout cookie which was a higher price and I didn't get my 10% off for being a new customer. The final straw in making me lean towards this review is what I got didn't weigh at what the pre bagged product said. It was not 3.5 as stated on the bag. Lesson learned, I won't go to another Dispensary that doesn't weigh it in front of me.

Will ONLY shop here again if I'm nearby and really needing meds. I loved the strain I picked, but I knew exactly what to look for, & I told the guy so. I can't imagine what would've happened if I were less educated on cannabis. Their lemon kush was so dry & dirty looking, & the freeze cheese smelled like black mold, not good cheese. Yuck. AND since they're fully state licensed they charge TAXES for your PRE-WEIGHED med baggie, ALSO THERE ARE NO, AND I MEAN ZER0 FIRST-TIME CUSTOMER SPECIALS! WTFFF... They're popular but the sterile pharmacy behind a glass panel makes it feel like you're a criminal & they're afraid we're gonna bust out gats like we're in the ghetto. It's in a NICE area, so that act is Stupid.

Nicest place I've seen so far, great location. Great security. Meds are decent, but the pre-packaging kind of dries out the meds a bit. They are also expensive compared to other dispensaries, but they sometimes have deals, will go back again when they have a good special. But till then, I go to Phoenix where there are better prices, and meds that are packaged while you shop, so it comes right out of the container, and not all dried out so you can smell it, know what I mean?

I've experienced the Harveset Difference and it's not what I've come to expect. For some time now that difference continues to get worse. Several times I've been very disappointed with the customer service. For those prices, I expect quality customer service. I don't know if it's a lack of training with some of the floor help, age and inexperience of the floor workers or if it's management. Please have the women stop talking down to other women, even about each other. One of the men, big ego I'd say, a real know it all, that last helped me the last two times, I could hardly understand him. He mutters often and talks out of the side of his mouth so understanding him is very difficult. I know I could have asked someone else to help me. He needs to back off and ask questions to help. I've been in there when they are not busy and the places looses its business professional sense as they start to play around. I don't think a cell phone should even come out of the pocket and put on vibrate during work hours. It's rude to look at your phone when you are working with a customer. My most significant concern is SAFETY and prompted me to finally write this review. Recently after stopping by Harvest, I was leaving the store was approached by a man who wanted to bum some of my weed. Fortunately I was able to quickly get into my car and drive away. Other places have security guards, visible and outside. If you're watching the cameras, nobody came outside that I could see. Just the presence of cameras doesn't keep me or your other customers safe. I told my husband and then decided to call and let you know. I spoke to a guy, told them what happened and left my number. He said somebody would get back to me. He listened and took my information but no call back. If the customer service and security would improve, I would consider going back as it is convenient. Leafly listed Arizona's Top 10 Dispensaries for Spring and I think there is a reason you're not on the list. I look forward to hearing about them but I will most likely not return.
