The product is good. However I hate how the cashier stations are set up. Every single time I go here I get cut off in line. It’s honestly annoying to the point where I probably won’t even bother with this place anymore.

Whoever is updating the menu needs to get on the ball. I check the menu... UPDATED 1 MINUTE AGO. Drive 20 min only to get "oh we're out of that strain". Seriously? 21 minutes ago that had every size I could want. Whatever. Every time I go here I leave annoyed.

I honestly think they should get rid of the long term cures (LTC) I've tried a couple of them and they all were very dry, no smell, and a horrible taste. Definitely NOT worth $18 a gram. Totally felt like an ass wasting money buying them. This dispensary is awesome enough to not need a gimmick like this.

Make sure you're a "VIP" otherwise you're going to be waiting for a while. No matter when you come in they take them back first. It's total crap that you basically get skipped till when it's convenient. I'm just going to avoid this place from now on. Their quality isn't that worth it. Not when there are plenty of others that do the fair first come first serve

I guess I should have been more specific in my original review? The annoyance of feeling like I've wasted my money too many times was too fresh. It wasn't made after my first experience. I've ordered through here multiple times. I've had strains from the "main growers". And it all still applies: overpriced with little to no effect. I only medicate before bed so it's not like my tolerance is through the roof. Anything I've gotten from my preferred dispensary has put me out within 10 minutes. Anything from Greenhawk I'd be loading up another round in 10 minutes and the effect would still be weak. I was hoping to have a place with the convenience of delivery but I'm not going to waste any more money trying to find one.

Flower has been great. Worth a 30 min drive for sure. The shatter is a lil too dark for me. Budtenders are awesome but the check in people rather talk among themselves about dead celebrities than say hi to you.

I had one of those "you get what you paid for" reminders. I went to a cheaper competition and received an unfriendly check in, decent counter service and what I thought was good meds. When I tried the shatter it was as dark as tar..... and that is what made me check out tru|med. Yes the meds cost a little more but I don't consider their pricing expensive. To me its Old School and normal. And I was not disappointed :-) Every flower and shatter I've tried so far has been awesome. Every desired effect was achieved. The flower is better than every "top shelf" strain I've tried at that cheaper competitor. The shatter is gold and it smells heavenly :-) I get greeted when I arrive, when I check in and when I'm called back. Super friendly place. I have anxiety and every time I enter a new place I need a deep breath moment and I was not rushed. Very awesome experience. I've visited 3 times so far and will continue to.
