Harvest HOC - Tempe (Med/Rec)

Went in and got a preorder in, got 2 strains of some cresco carts, before I left from the dispensary I noticed one of my carts was taken out for another strain that I have atm, went back in and asked to speak to a manager for a replacement but it was just a male receptionist that tried helping me out, he tried “checking for me” if there was any other strains in the back but he “didn’t” have any more strains. This was in a matter of 3-4 min of the time from when I was leaving from paying and having to come back. when a customer that was in front was getting listed 3 diff strains of the same brand & not only that, I was basically told the strain that I ordered is not real (Sonoran sherbert) but when I looked it up it’s real 🤦🏽‍♂️, a whole slap to the face to just get another cart of the same strain that really isn’t the best to get a second of (Galatic runtz) Horrible customer service for the stuff we order beforehand, don’t come here please y’all they really don’t gaf bout y’all

So today was my first time checking this dispensary out and I have mixed feelings about this place. I placed an online order which did come out correct thank God, because I read a ton of reviews stating they either "get lost" or simply are never fulfilled until the patient shows up. Anyways, i check in and the receptionist is fantastic! He was very polite, created my profile, and explained how there store kind of worked. So I get into the express line and the girl behind the counter (i wish i got her name) was BEYOND rude. Made zero eye contact with me and didnt even greet me she just said "whats ur last name", grabbed my bag and literally flung it at me across the counter. WTF?! I then asked politely if there were any deals for first time customers and she just said "nope". WOW. Not sure id visit this location again soley because the customer service in the back is insulting. It seems as though this location is either too busy for the budtenders to handle or they simply only care about ur money, not ur experience.

Put in an order through Leafly. Called because this store can't verify your order is ready through Leafly. At first they didn't see it, when I said how I placed the order the response was "Ugh I hate Leafly" followed by an explanation that they can't send you any updates on your order through leafly. Confirmed the order was there and READY FOR PICK UP. Went in to pick up my order. Express line couldn't find my order, I mentioned it was through Leafly and I had called 5 minutes ago to confirm it was READY FOR PICK UP. Got another "I hate Leafly orders" before the budtender had to go PUT MY ORDER TOGETHER. So I held up the Express line waiting for my order, that had already been confirmed as being ready. I get you dislike one way people can order from your store but that doesn't mean you ignore it and make your customers suffer for it. Left me with an impression that this store needs some retraining in customer service.

I ordered some items online and picked them up express. When I got home I realized that they didn't give me what I ordered and made changes to my order without me asking. I wasted time and gas going to their Tempe location when I could've visited another dispensary that had what I was looking for. I haven't been going to Harvest recently because they've been having problems with customer service when it comes to online orders. Do not order online from Harvest of Tempe because they will replace your items and staple your bag up without telling the customer. Also, why is the Leafly menu not accurate? That was my last time messing with this dispensary. There's to much competition to have bad online service.

Another great dispensary! Great bud tenders always happy and know there goods. They got me hooked on Strawberry Fire OG and I can’t get enough. Decent sales / prices I’m old as fuck and they still laugh at my Dad jokes and movie quotes. Great stop for the 40 plus/ vets and broken old dudes they will get you what ya need! Watch out for the rainbow preroll it’ll do ya in if ya new!

Hella good to get ur meds love when u bring someone u get a free 8th every time really good buds love the snap sale now it’s my go to place for sure
