Okay, so I would honestly give this location 10/19 for quality and experience... however they’re only taking online orders and their thc content for flower isn uploaded per strain, for most patients this wouldn’t be an issue but with my fibromyalgia I need to know what I’m paying for and if it will work for my needs. The girls managing the line was new, and couldn’t answer my questions so pass there. New hires are all given the Leniency of the resining process but them not having the meds updated to leafly is a big fat wah wah for me

They never have stock for medical patients …
since Arizona legalized recreational use they completely threw quality and allotment out the window. It’s essentially first come first serve and the lines are in favor of recreational users NOT medical oriented don’t really seem to care or have an issue with the fact that they are almost ALWAYS out of stock of the majority of items and lack a good balance of Sativa, Indica, AND Hybrid. .
I paid almost $400 for my medical card and all I get for it is “I’m sorry we’re out of stock “ “sorry we don’t have any control of what’s ordered” “sorry due to the abundance of recreational response all we have is venom”
NEWSFLASH venom f*{^{ing sucks.
And no one likes it and only buys it for the price. Which is another point none of the quality I’ve received is worth the amount I’ve had to pay for it AS A MEDICAL PATIENT. I thought I was in favor of the legalization but it seems like the quality, abundance, and customer service surrounding it has taken this biggest plunge and there isn’t anything we as the consumer can do about it besides leave a review.
I hope management takes their head out of their arse and prioritize the stock/inventory to better suit the field of customers their receiving.

how quickly a month can change things this has got to be the worst harvest location in Arizona I refuse to ever return here I will spend my $300 elsewhere the service was slow they made me feel like I was being punished for bringing in my baby I got slow inaccurate service and they have recently changed over their reward system so I was told that I lost all my reward points that I had stacked up once before several locations in the valley and this by far is the worst here and baseline

U guys are a joke, have the highest prices and the lowest quality in the valley. Must be buying outdoor and reselling it as indoor hahaha, only old ppl or ppl who wana smoke boo boo wud waste their money here. Yall need to shut down ur business, get som real growers in there, and re think ur strategy and u wonder y no one comes here or walks n and right out, stay away from here!!!!!!!!

When telling the guy working there that they never fulfill my order, he thought it was best to start arguing with me that they didn’t ignore my order and would not stop talking shit about how bad that store thinks legally is.

My favorite place. I actually like how everything is laid out , all the info of each strain right there that's nice . Generally have the best prices as well. Staffs cool, will say it's best to check your bag in the car they can tend to give you the wrong stuff.

Super friendly, clean, and great products. Most places lose my business for not posting cannabinoid percentages, however, Harvest of Tempe always has percentages on hand and a binder ready for anyone to search through it themselves. Another big plus for me is being able to go in and immediately be allowed to do my own thing and search the products without being bothered, and when you need help they always have helpful staff ready to answer questions.

Had not been in years since first visit. Went for some Deep Sleep, by far the best deep sleep strain of many tried. I got some misgivings after all these reviews. My experience is I got great flower at a great discount which is what I am after. Not looking for a hug at the door just flower.
I love your place but my orders I place in line are never ready when I get there and I mean never. I have addressed this in the store several times and it never gets better.
I generally give 2 hours when I order something. I placed my order today at 9:00, came by around 11:00 and it wasn’t filled. I feel 2 hours should be sufficient time.

MATHEW FERGUSON THE MANAGER has RE RESPECT for himself. Or people that dont look like him.
The issue is he sets the example, the bud tenders are ALL awesome.
He is a RUDE attitude driven POWER hungry mindset that he thinks, because he has that bit of authority HE CREATES PROBLEMS, he was called over to push his code then enter. But questions me?
He is never smiling I’m not sure what he has agains people like me but i never paid much attention.
I have NEVER had an issue until this passed week when HARVEST sent me a FREE 8th coupon.
I gave them the physical and showed the email sent FROM HARVEST
Yet they kept questioning its legitimacy.
They brought the manager, i cooperated with ever he said. He was upset?
Ripping the coupon dumping it and AGGRESSIVELY bagging and typing SMASHING the keyboard with his sweaty palms.
But this is just The beginning. I had to make sure to note how DISGUSTED i am. WITH his behavior the disrespect and attitude. This is NOT a leader he his a most a receptionist that IF he smiles.
And I’m on the phone with corporate as I’m typing this.
This is outrageous. If i was a tall white dude he would have NEVER came at me like that. You have NO idea what you have done. You may have gotten away with this in the last but not with me. Good luck man.

Harvest needs specials that other dispensaries offer. i think thats what makes other dispensaries much better in that aspect. Medication is always good at harvest and ths staff is super friendly but come on....60$ eighths and 120$ quarters are ridiculous. At least give back to the patients.

so i bought a 1/8 and one of the had 2.2 grams only. i took it back and they kindly exchanged the bag! how very nice and i got to keep the 2.2 gram bag for my inconveince . Only once. thats how kind the manager is.

I have been coming to this location since 2013 and it used to be good place and local to me, but they have changed now. Not as friendly and I feel like they are not dealing honestly anymore. I've earned credits over the years and have never had a problem using them, typically for a few dollars at a time when I might be short a few dollars. Have always shopped their sales and used credits as necessary, but tonight they refused to let me use a little under $7.00 of a 35$ credit. They had a sale for 710 and the order was for $80 and I was short 6.82 (basically tax). This is the first time in all these years that I was not allowed to use part of or the whole credit for my bill for "sale" items. They said it was policy that NO credits can be used for sale items. With that policy - I would never get to use my credits. That is a change for the negative. Needless to say - they lost this sale and more than likely future sales, AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE SHOP HERE. This was the first time in seven years I was unable to use credits for all or a portion of my bill. I don't think I will bother looking at Harvest locations. I am handicapped and it is difficult for me to get to the location and it was a long hot wait outside tonight - only to be disappointed thoroughly.
