Received an email from DRIP saying they are doing a promotion at ALL Harvest on April 16th, as well as, ALL curaleaf and nature's medicines locations. This location of harvest, ONLY SCOTTSDALE, argued that they DO NOT "honor" DRIP's promotions. Each of the other locations of harvest will not only honor DRIP's promo that specifically lists the locations, but they had excellent customer service on top of it all. Each curaleaf and natures med locations will "HONOR" the promo as well and they ALL had knowledge of the coming deal and knew exactly what I was referencing.
Sounds like this location is behind the curb in all service aspects. And I DID get my product deal today April 16th from a more respectable dispensary.

gave them 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. the lowest quality buds in AZ are sold here. just a garbage experience.

No reason to place a preorder because it won’t be ready when you get there. Also you need to retrain your employees to talk to their patients and not each other. My budtender was more interested in flirting to the blond girl next to him than helping me with my order. I’ve never had such a horrible experience at harvest ever.

this place has gone way down hill, used to be the place to go, great staff, great management, everyone has left, know it's just corporate pricing for rec users with a horrible staff, they already forgot about us that kept going for years. peace HOC. Medman part 2.

Have been coming here for years being that I have been a patient since 2016, upsetting more and more every time I come here and the service has gone down from where the old harvest used to be. Haven’t been here in a while do to that and decided I would give them another shot at an online order. I placed my order nearly an hour before showing up after getting a notification that my order was almost ready to be told at the door to go home. After explaining to the man that I have stopped coming here and wanted to give them another shot he said good don’t come back. Great customer service.
This is the second day in a row I placed a online order as it was required given the virus
Yesterday after waiting a hour at your location for the order I placed I left due to the time it took
So today I figured I’d come in early around the hour you guys opened after my order was ready to pick up and your system was down after expressing my frustration with making multiple trips from chandler to your location
I feel there should have been at the very least an apology and some attempt to compensate for the time and gas it took but instead I received an attitude as if it was my fault the systems were down
I’ve been going to harvest since you have first opened and I’m saddened to say that due to the lack of professionalism I have decided to choose a different dispensary for my business
I hope you address this matter so others don’t feel the lack of caring that I have felt from the employees on both days
I understand due to recent events that employees are overwhelmed but that no reason to treat those offering their business with disrespect

I️ don’t like the shatter or flower that they choose for the snap sales, it’s not good quality. They don’t really have any good deals either, although I️ did get a lot of free samples of edibles when I️ went on thanksgiving.

I Purchased over 20 prerolls from this location. Granted they were the cheaper rainbow rolls. Every. Single. Preroll was SH!T!. Not ONE had any pull, when u dumped it out and try to roll ur own joint or blunt THERE WAS HARDLY ANY PULL they were all trash. I was super upset! I frequent the other harvest locations and have never had this issue before.i don’t think I’ll be going out my way to go back

Manager told me straight to my face he put notes in my account for not being respectful because I told another customer next to me to check his rosin if it was room temperature since they ruined my rosin before by doing the same exact thing of grabbing his bag from a rack not a refrigerator and replacing with room temp rosin in bag already sealed so I could not check. Very embarrassing for a customer but why would you say that out loud to someone so everyone can hear? Poor customer service! Not coming back anyways.
Only shop here for Grow Sciences hash rosin. See they dropped some off on the 13th, only to go there and have it “not ready yet” even though it was in my hands. Now they say it will be ready Wed/Thurs. Terrible customer service!
False advertising on the first time patient bogo they don't specify about rosin being excluded. I know people who have gotten bogo rosin for thier first time deal I guess it depends on whose working. Glad I drove 45 min out of my way for nothing. Get it together people

Quality products. Nice looking location. Decent enough staff. But why is more expensive than everywhere else? What exactly am i getting for that extra money. Locations are not that premium, stores are nice but not really above par (and does anyone really care as long as it not a total dump), staff is about the same as anywhere else AND i essentially have to browse and write up my own order!?! and for this i get to pay more. Very confused.

This place just continues to be a let down in terms of customer service. Nobody works as a team in there and the customer seems to be the dead last priority for the ladies behind the counter. Today i had the pleasure to guide my cashier through my order several times , apparently it wasn't clear enough giving her the brand name, strain, and price to find the product! Due mainly to the fact that she was possibly stoned out of her mind, but what was worse is that her team members didn't even bother to help much at all. Leaving me the customer to to deal with this.... Whats next am i going to have to bag my own product there? Unacceptable!

To be honest I don't often take time to write reviews because customer service at best these days is just average. I've I've been a long-time patient with many experiences across the board. I must say what this place considers mid grade level medication is what most places just can't grow. their top grade 28% medication is something I've never experienced before in all my years. I was compelled to call the place and give them a personal review and a thank you for the wonderful service. The place was unbelievably professional clean had every product you can imagine at every level of price margin. But nothing that was low quality. thankfully they happen to be around the corner so Harvest will be my new dispensary of choice. Please don't sacrifice product for dollars in the future. The raspberry diesel was incredible and extremely affordable. The Chronic Thunder is perfectly explained in the name. My tolerance levels are so high most medications out there these days barely affect me at all. I consider them hay at best. their raspberry diesel has me couch locked and super euphoric and obviously creative because I am not typically a writer. I have an experienced this from a medication for a long time. These folks are doing God's work! Whoever that may be for you.

Asked for 2 grams of wax I get home to find shatter... when I say I want wax don't say OK pick one then shove it in the bag so I can't see it says shatter. I work 20 yards from this place but choose to go elsewhere.

Will not be going back here again. This place never answers their phone so if you have any questions or want to see if something is available or not good luck. Their online ordering never seems to work and I online order at 5 other places no hassles. They never have what is on the menu it's like they are just baiting you even when menu says updated 10 mins ago and you get there and there are no lines but 80% of what you seen on line is not in stock so wasted trip since they don't answer the phone, can't even talk to a manager since they don't answer the phone. I have had too many bad experiences at this location to ever go back, no more of the bait and switch for me. And yes some of the employees are quite rude and unknowledgeable. I have given this location multiple chances and I just have problems here I don't experience at other dispensaries. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

They never have stock for medical patients …
since Arizona legalized recreational use they completely threw quality and allotment out the window. It’s essentially first come first serve and the lines are in favor of recreational users NOT medical oriented don’t really seem to care or have an issue with the fact that they are almost ALWAYS out of stock of the majority of items and lack a good balance of Sativa, Indica, AND Hybrid. .
I paid almost $400 for my medical card and all I get for it is “I’m sorry we’re out of stock “ “sorry we don’t have any control of what’s ordered” “sorry due to the abundance of recreational response all we have is venom”
NEWSFLASH venom f*{^{ing sucks.
And no one likes it and only buys it for the price. Which is another point none of the quality I’ve received is worth the amount I’ve had to pay for it AS A MEDICAL PATIENT. I thought I was in favor of the legalization but it seems like the quality, abundance, and customer service surrounding it has taken this biggest plunge and there isn’t anything we as the consumer can do about it besides leave a review.
I hope management takes their head out of their arse and prioritize the stock/inventory to better suit the field of customers their receiving.

Don’t get the RollOne weed it’s straight trash Reggie. The .5 carts I got were half empty. Fr the RollOne weed is some of the worst weed I have seen since I 1st started smoking and was buying Reggie 10 years ago. Like absolute garbage and they are really allowed to sell this poop.
Placed an order and got confirmation to come pick it up and 40 minutes later when I show up they said it was all out of stock, had too many bad experiences here, don’t waste your time here

90% of their flower menu is Modern Flower and Roll which is all garbage and outdated weed. Maybe investing in quality flower is something Harvest should consider

Today wasn't my first time in but it will be the last. I was in line for about 5 mins and the person ready to help me up and greeted a gent in a wheelchair (by yelling, "Hi Sativa! What can I get you?") who just arrived and she completely ignored me. No one even made eye contact with me. I walked out and went to MedMen where I was treated like a valued customer. I get that he's handicapped and you know him, however you don't know my ailment and I bet you only one of us needed to get back to work. Never again... Felicia.

Wrong items in order. Live 30 miles away and now need to return to get the correct ones. Not the first time this has happened.
Cmon guys do your job right the first time.
