I asked for the dankest pre roll they had and when I took the first puff I was shocked. It didnt even taste like bud nor did it have very much potency, if any. Then I realized what it tasted like. It tasted like trim....so I busted it open and sure enough it was either trim or a million years old. I feel like a d!@k complaining about tree but I would have been happier smoking dirt

90% of their flower menu is Modern Flower and Roll which is all garbage and outdated weed. Maybe investing in quality flower is something Harvest should consider
They sold me a black bag of 175$ flower harvested on 12/22/2020 this place is garbage overpriced corporate swamp donkey run disgrace to all

Lame! Not happy. Been here three times and no “great experiences” and no bad ones until today. Just picked up my $194(after tax) oz, of course it’s split into 1/8ths, but of my 1/8 packs is all shake, when the rest of the packs are all nugs. So lame, if I wanted shake I would’ve ordered some, but instead of opening a new back or giving me a different but equal value strain, then shoved shake into a pack for me. Will not be coming back or recommending.

Today wasn't my first time in but it will be the last. I was in line for about 5 mins and the person ready to help me up and greeted a gent in a wheelchair (by yelling, "Hi Sativa! What can I get you?") who just arrived and she completely ignored me. No one even made eye contact with me. I walked out and went to MedMen where I was treated like a valued customer. I get that he's handicapped and you know him, however you don't know my ailment and I bet you only one of us needed to get back to work. Never again... Felicia.

I was just in Harvest for my first time and the guy customer service representative was so beyond rude. The guy wouldn’t let me say a word just kept talking over me. Every time I would go and say something he would just start talking again. I wanted a half OZ of Indica why couldn’t he just get me that and I could be on my way? After the last time of being cut off I explained to him that he keeps cutting me off and what did he do.. He started talking over me again all the way until i walked out. What a bully!! I will never do business here again..
Try to have a civil conversation about Rosin and how Arizona needs to up their game in Flower as well to only have the same manager get butt hurt that did not replace your malfunctioned cartridge say to be respectful of their establishment… not your products again “Sherlock homes” aka the pacific looking dude with nose ring that is outdated from the 90s. Fact check yourself and obviously you were wrong the first time so why test yourself this time again….

i went at 7Am. Sign on the door was closed until 9. came back @9 and was told closed until 930. i asked the gentleman to hold my prescription until tomorrow because i have to work. today they didn’t not hold it nor did they have it in stock

I had been meaning to visit Harvest of Scottsdale for quite some time, and today I had a good reason. When I got there, the gentleman at the door (Mark I believe) greeted me and I made it known I was a first time patient. He took me to the reception/check in area, and then escorted me into the showroom. From there, Illana took over and gave me a private tour and showed me all that Harvest had to offer their patients. I truly appreciated the one-on-one attention I received today, and the knowledge they had to share. Plus, I won a gift from Dream Steam and was ecstatic to visit a new dispensary to pick up my prize. Very happy patient, and I know I'll be returning.

I am a regular here. While there aren’t people to constantly wait on you I prefer that. If I ask for help I get honest and knowledgeable staff. I live the dream steam cartridges and have found their input on them most helpful

I have been to many dispenaries now. I needed some cannibas on Christmas Day. I learned of Harvest on a search of who was open. I took the bus as always and arrived 2pm Christmas Day. I was met at the door, with cheer and a welcoming frangrance of good medicine. I will return on the 28th when I have more money. Their products and atmosphere, educational wisdom and most of all variety and pleasurable experience all around. I'LL BE BACK

I love this place!!!! I really like that I can place an online order and pick it up on my lunch break. Everyone is always so friendly and very educational.
Everything went well during check in, nice and smooth. Once in the room, my budtender was rude and seemed like I was bothering her. I let her know I had an online order . She then proceeded to let me know she was still with a customer. No worries, I went back and stood at the circle. At that point I was hoping the other gentleman would finish and I would not have to deal with this woman. Unfortunately no. As we finished my order, I asked to use my points, seemed bothered I asked and that I didn’t know I could see the points myself. This is my second trip to this dispensary, maybe you should put her back through customer service training as there was none. ✌🏼

I decided to order from here because Leafly had a banner for a Buy 2, Get 1 free on Wyld edibles. I ordered online and waited for confirmation. It still said preparing so I called to check if they had it before driving 40 minutes to get there. They would not answer my question about if they saw my order, but just told me they had the product in stock.
After driving and waiting in line, they did not in fact have my order. They pulled out the items though and told me it was not on sale. I showed the order confirmation and they repeated this item is not on sale.
Maybe it was a problem with Leafly and they were not having a sale, but they didn’t sympathize in any way. Being brushed off like that when the mistake wasn’t mine really turned me off of this place.
The inside looks nice, but every staff member I spoke with was completely cold and unfriendly. Even if they decided to honor the order I placed, I wouldn’t go back to get it.

What a joke 60 for lemonade Blanco totally not worth it what a gready dispensary lets just raise the price because everyone wants this hyped up brand shango is better anyways just another corporate dispensary who dont care about there customers
The product quality and price is fine but my biggest pet peeve with this place is their prioritizing of pick up orders. They don’t give the incentive to place an order on Leafly or their website because even if you place an order you end up waiting in line regardless just to tell them you have a pick order. The “pick up line” they have now is more just an extra register instead of allowing customers with pre orders to quickly and smoothly enterand exit the store.

I will DEFINITELY be returning to Harvest. I bundled their FTP special with their snap sale and walked out with a quad for $35 and a free preroll.
I expected the buds to be tiny pieces, since it was so cheap, but nope. Big beefy fuckers. Lots of orange hairs and purpley tones.
So, great deals, product, staff, and experience. ☺

Did not like this at all. Strange set up where you wonder around until someone helps you rather than working with one person. When finally got that help, no strain specific pre rolls, at all. Left with nothing. (Quality rating a middle rating, bc I didn't get anything)
