they raised their prices! In a market that is lowering their prices. I don't understand this and won't be back.

To be honest I don't often take time to write reviews because customer service at best these days is just average. I've I've been a long-time patient with many experiences across the board. I must say what this place considers mid grade level medication is what most places just can't grow. their top grade 28% medication is something I've never experienced before in all my years. I was compelled to call the place and give them a personal review and a thank you for the wonderful service. The place was unbelievably professional clean had every product you can imagine at every level of price margin. But nothing that was low quality. thankfully they happen to be around the corner so Harvest will be my new dispensary of choice. Please don't sacrifice product for dollars in the future. The raspberry diesel was incredible and extremely affordable. The Chronic Thunder is perfectly explained in the name. My tolerance levels are so high most medications out there these days barely affect me at all. I consider them hay at best. their raspberry diesel has me couch locked and super euphoric and obviously creative because I am not typically a writer. I have an experienced this from a medication for a long time. These folks are doing God's work! Whoever that may be for you.

After 3 years with my medical card I was inspired for the first time to write a review for the most professional state licensed dispensery I have visited. First let me comment on location because most of the dispensaries whether licensed or not seem to be in rather shady locations. I am ecstatic that this one happens to be around the corner from my home walking distance in a very safe neighborhood and ease to come in and out of. Once greeted by the very well trained, courteous and professional staff, I was pleased to get information on their particular operation, and that they take great care in their grow operation keeping mold and such out of the medicine. After a very brief professional introduction for a first time visit I was amazed by the different the strains they had, both variety and quantity but most importantly all quality. I took early retirement from a Big 3 bank so I have experience in what it takes to get the process right for an operation like this to function properly. These owners have definitely got it right. It is obvious the owners take great care in the process from start to finish to ensure the customer has a pleasant safe medicinal purchase as it should be. I think over next time :-) Thanks again!

Great quality at a fair price. Wonder how the others are staying in business. I'm coming from clear across town with many much closer options.

It took me awhile to write a review for any one dispensary since becoming a medical patient (6 months ago) and got a chance to look for my provider. With most dispensaries and "co-ops" the first time you walk in you might be treated nicely and once you become a regular you are treated like a number if you are lucky not to be talked to like and by a high school kid. Not with Monarch, in fact they conduct themselves in a friendly professional manner in which keeps myself and other patients coming back. It is now exclusively the only place I get my meds from and as long as the discounts continue to come around, I will always bring my donations here. Logistically, I happen to be very close to Monarch luckily but I would travel across town to get this service, these meds, and if you pay attention prices can be good also. As far as quality goes what can I say, beautiful stuff folks. Good, clean, pure, sticky, fresh, frosty.... of the best I've ever seen. Keep up the good work Monarch and keep the weekly 20% discounts + coming and you'll have me as a patient for the future. Thanks for the relief! By the way, one more thing, the strains....some places you go have strain "names" that have nothing to do with the actual strain you are buying. In this case "Apple Jacks" tastes exactly like the darn cereal! And so on! Amazing!
