Garden Remedies Marlborough: Med + Adult-use

Very chill place, friendly & knowledgeable staff, fair pricing compared to other mass dispensaries, quality products in a great location. Would recommend to anyone looking.

Guy who served us was probably too baked. No conversation on the product what-so-ever. Well at all really. Asked if he tried the preroll we we're getting. All we got was a "yeah". Awkward! Probably just used to Gage! Seriously worth taking the trip there. EVERYONE is enthusiastic there and cares to answer any and all questions.

Dispensary staff is not knowledgeable about promotions and cannot/will not share detailed information about various flower strains. Very frustrating to be in a position as a patient where the budtender knows drastically less about flower than you do and gets short when asked for more information.

I frequent this dispensary several times a month only because its so close and their strain selection is better than most dispensaries around. My only issues with the flower is that there is no seal on the container, it doesn't feel air tight enough, and 7/10 times bud is mislabeled on the online ordering (ie. Flower saying its INSA but being from garden). The staff at the door and check in counter are always incredibly nice. However, when I get to the registers and to the line, I don't think I've ever had a nice or warm budtender. They are usually very cold besides probably 1 or 2 times in my 20+ visits where the budtenders didn't act like I was an inconvience. One visit I had to repeat the 5 items I wanted 4-5 times individually because another employee kept asking my budtender completely unrelated semi-personal questions while he was grabbing my items. On my last visit I entered the register area and stepped all the way to the right into the MEDICAL line because I am a medical patient. As I'm waiting one of the cashiers in the rec. line asks me if I'm recreational... I'm in the medical line. I said "no, I'm medical" and she gave me a weird look, it was kind of a half hearted eye roll. I'm not sure if it's because I'm sort of young or don't "look" like a patient but that just rubbed me the wrong way. Its not like the medical line is right when you open the door you have to go out of your way. If it weren't for the weird look I got I would just say whatever it happens but the look she gave just felt judgy, or maybe if it was followed by an "ok sorry" I wouldn't have thought twice. Will definitely only come here again if they have something good going on for the time being.

I like the online ordering. Always convenient. I love Erin the associate. She’s always has a beautiful smile and is fun to chat with and knows her stuff.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff and set up of counter are very efficient. Even the times there have been long lines your wait time is minimal, while still not ever feeling rushed by staff or any questions you may have. I recommend the Marlborough Garden Remedies over all other ones I have visited in Boston/Middlesex area.

Been here several times. High quality product, friendly staff, and I rarely have to stand in line for more than a few seconds.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Went before they closed for medical only due to Covid-19 and everyone was social distancing and very organized. Security at the door took the extra effort to make sure people had placed online orders and had their confirmation emails.

Fast process and knowledgeable staff.

staff was polite enough, there was not a lot of conversation. The location is great. The quality of product is poor to say the least. I feel I was ripped off. The flower I bought was harvested in October and tested/sold in December so it hung around drying out for two months. it's poor quality to say the least. if this were a street sale someone would have been beaten up (just kidding) but I was ripped off

Rude wait staff & there quality is considerably worse than the competition as well as way overpriced. the flower is 90% of the time way too dry, a problem I rarely have at other pot shops. only reason ill go here is because its close, and even then id rather drive an extra 30 to go to mayflower .

Horrible staff. I should have know that things would be bad, given other reviews, but they had a decent looking strain and I bit the bullet. Next warning sign: my cashier was unable to calculate 60 minus 19 without a calculator. What they don't tell you is that you can only be charged in increments of $5, and there's a $3.50 ATM fee (neither of which are mentioned on their website). I was a dollar short and the cashier seemed perplexed by my situation. Had to call my bank to wire over another dollar fifty to complete the purchase. Will never be coming back here again. Not worth the absolutely disgusting service.

They did not have my items that I ordered online. Instead, they said that what ordered was for medical use only. Why would they list it as “Adult Use” on their site if it’s for medical. This is the 2nd time they’ve done this to me. I won’t be going back.

It’s really too bad they couldn’t do better at customer service. Spent a good amount of money here snd the $65 cartridge didn’t work the very first time I tried it. Went back the very next day with my receipt and was told there was nothing they could do for me!!! Never again will I go here if they can’t Figure out how to treat customers better.

This dispensary is AWESOME. Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable. I’ve never really had to wait and there’s always been a great variety of products to choose from.

The place is awesome. The weed is awesome. I got the Blue Dream at 21.6% today and I love it.

Easy access and high quality product. I love that you don’t have to take a shuttle to get to it and that there’s a parking lot for recreational users and not ONLY medical users. Great dispensary!

Great place

I’ve been three times in the week it has been open. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They always are smiling and get you in and out in a timely manner. Sarah the assistant manager was awesome and recommended my new favorite strain! Will definitely be making this my go to adult use dispensary!
