staff was polite enough, there was not a lot of conversation. The location is great. The quality of product is poor to say the least. I feel I was ripped off. The flower I bought was harvested in October and tested/sold in December so it hung around drying out for two months. it's poor quality to say the least. if this were a street sale someone would have been beaten up (just kidding) but I was ripped off

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Went before they closed for medical only due to Covid-19 and everyone was social distancing and very organized. Security at the door took the extra effort to make sure people had placed online orders and had their confirmation emails.

I really enjoyed going to this dispensary vs others closer to me, but the lack of flower selection for adult use keeps me from coming back.

Sour kosher and Banner are great. Insa wax is a great offering. Parking is easy as well as polite security and staff. Need to fix inventory issues which happens in time. Look forward to returning soon

Excellent, friendly atmosphere and tons of parking. No more shuttles to a dispensary and I can order online and skip the queue. My fav thus far.

Easy in and out even on its opening day! So convenient and Everyone was friendly! This was my first time buying and I will be back!

I have to admit this was my first ever dispensary purchase so although I don’t have much experience, it exceeded my expectations especially after reading some of the lower reviews. I made a pickup order and it was ready in minutes and I even unknowingly got a discount on flower (it didn’t show this on the app). Both the medical and adult use selection seemed limited, I’m not sure if they had more choices outside of what I saw on the app but overall I got what I needed and am happy. I’d definitely go back!

Way overpriced, weak selection, rude staff. You’d get a better deal and experience just walking down comm ave or the common. This is the absolute worst dispensary in the USA in every [possible way. Avoid like the plague.

They did not have my items that I ordered online. Instead, they said that what ordered was for medical use only. Why would they list it as “Adult Use” on their site if it’s for medical. This is the 2nd time they’ve done this to me. I won’t be going back.

I love the THC bath bombs and the watermelon and raspberry fruit chews...It’s actually quite a nice combination for after a long day!! It combines the physical relaxation in a bath with the mental and relaxation of the edibles...a piece of heaven....

Came here for the first time today (6/10), it was great! Nice variety of strains, they’ve got some classics as well as some stuff I haven’t heard of. Staff is friendly, seemed to be knowledgeable enough about what they sold. Location is good too, parking wasn’t an issue. They do have you sign a waiver as you come in but it’s easy enough to read through, basically just making sure you understand the laws & rules of the store.

This is by far the best dispensary I have ever been to. The crew is very polite and helpful and professional. With the whole corona virus epidemic the crew has handled the chaos very well.

I've been to the Marlborough, Ma. location and wanted to give a shout out to Erin, one of the medical cannabis assistants. Erin (& other staff) are 100% focused on customer service. Erin recognized me as a new medical patient, talked to me about what issues i am try to solve with cannabis & guided me through the choices i have for treat my aliments. In addition, Erin makes me aware of promos & specials to help me balance how i spend on my cannabis. I can't say enough about Garden Remedies & their staff. Great selections too!!!

Tough times right now, even retail is crazy, once I understood the process of ordering online first, and yes dealing with a little bit of delay and uncertainty with the website, the pick up process was smooth and easy, the staff is just awesome, understanding and helpful, I give them all the credit in the world for delivering a great retail experience during a tough time.

Guy who served us was probably too baked. No conversation on the product what-so-ever. Well at all really. Asked if he tried the preroll we we're getting. All we got was a "yeah". Awkward! Probably just used to Gage! Seriously worth taking the trip there. EVERYONE is enthusiastic there and cares to answer any and all questions.
