The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
The staff and set up of counter are very efficient. Even the times there have been long lines your wait time is minimal, while still not ever feeling rushed by staff or any questions you may have. I recommend the Marlborough Garden Remedies over all other ones I have visited in Boston/Middlesex area.
