Garden Remedies Marlborough: Med + Adult-use

I’ve been three times in the week it has been open. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They always are smiling and get you in and out in a timely manner. Sarah the assistant manager was awesome and recommended my new favorite strain! Will definitely be making this my go to adult use dispensary!

I've been to the Marlborough, Ma. location and wanted to give a shout out to Erin, one of the medical cannabis assistants. Erin (& other staff) are 100% focused on customer service. Erin recognized me as a new medical patient, talked to me about what issues i am try to solve with cannabis & guided me through the choices i have for treat my aliments. In addition, Erin makes me aware of promos & specials to help me balance how i spend on my cannabis. I can't say enough about Garden Remedies & their staff. Great selections too!!!

Tough times right now, even retail is crazy, once I understood the process of ordering online first, and yes dealing with a little bit of delay and uncertainty with the website, the pick up process was smooth and easy, the staff is just awesome, understanding and helpful, I give them all the credit in the world for delivering a great retail experience during a tough time.

Guy who served us was probably too baked. No conversation on the product what-so-ever. Well at all really. Asked if he tried the preroll we we're getting. All we got was a "yeah". Awkward! Probably just used to Gage! Seriously worth taking the trip there. EVERYONE is enthusiastic there and cares to answer any and all questions.

I have to admit this was my first ever dispensary purchase so although I don’t have much experience, it exceeded my expectations especially after reading some of the lower reviews. I made a pickup order and it was ready in minutes and I even unknowingly got a discount on flower (it didn’t show this on the app). Both the medical and adult use selection seemed limited, I’m not sure if they had more choices outside of what I saw on the app but overall I got what I needed and am happy. I’d definitely go back!

I really enjoyed going to this dispensary vs others closer to me, but the lack of flower selection for adult use keeps me from coming back.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Went before they closed for medical only due to Covid-19 and everyone was social distancing and very organized. Security at the door took the extra effort to make sure people had placed online orders and had their confirmation emails.

Dispensary staff is not knowledgeable about promotions and cannot/will not share detailed information about various flower strains. Very frustrating to be in a position as a patient where the budtender knows drastically less about flower than you do and gets short when asked for more information.

Sour kosher and Banner are great. Insa wax is a great offering. Parking is easy as well as polite security and staff. Need to fix inventory issues which happens in time. Look forward to returning soon

Today 9/14/202 was my 1st visit and I will never return. I went there today with my med card with the intention of restocking and trying this place for the 1st time. I happily park my car and get our my med card and my ID, I walk to the door show my med card, Im asked if I pre ordered online, I say no this is my 1st time here I haven't registered yet. Without batting an eye he tells me i have to pre order 1st, no walk ins. I say I'm here to buy 4 ounces, him - you need to pre order. me - driving off with my cash to another store in the next town.

I frequent this dispensary several times a month only because its so close and their strain selection is better than most dispensaries around. My only issues with the flower is that there is no seal on the container, it doesn't feel air tight enough, and 7/10 times bud is mislabeled on the online ordering (ie. Flower saying its INSA but being from garden). The staff at the door and check in counter are always incredibly nice. However, when I get to the registers and to the line, I don't think I've ever had a nice or warm budtender. They are usually very cold besides probably 1 or 2 times in my 20+ visits where the budtenders didn't act like I was an inconvience. One visit I had to repeat the 5 items I wanted 4-5 times individually because another employee kept asking my budtender completely unrelated semi-personal questions while he was grabbing my items. On my last visit I entered the register area and stepped all the way to the right into the MEDICAL line because I am a medical patient. As I'm waiting one of the cashiers in the rec. line asks me if I'm recreational... I'm in the medical line. I said "no, I'm medical" and she gave me a weird look, it was kind of a half hearted eye roll. I'm not sure if it's because I'm sort of young or don't "look" like a patient but that just rubbed me the wrong way. Its not like the medical line is right when you open the door you have to go out of your way. If it weren't for the weird look I got I would just say whatever it happens but the look she gave just felt judgy, or maybe if it was followed by an "ok sorry" I wouldn't have thought twice. Will definitely only come here again if they have something good going on for the time being.

The staff are curtious, helpful and make the process easier than going online to the blackmarket and taking chances with some unknown person whose objective is to rip you off. Yes, quantities are limited at these locations as to why it is best to plan ahead.

It was a quick and easy process. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable and the building was very secure. For my first time buying adult use it was an amazing experience and this will be the only location I use.

I live in 45 mins away so the commute is a pain in the butt. BUT! I'd rather drive 45 mins there than go to the newton one because marlborough has the pick up option (so you know what they actually have in stock and guaranteed the bud you want), actual parking spots, there is barely ever a line, and you don't need to make an appointment. There are also a ton of stores around that I can make a trip out of it. The people there are very nice. They usually seemed stoned. The flower is good - they finally started getting sativas which is what I've been looking for. Although, some of the strains dont do anything or if they say they're a day time bud when in reality it makes me sleepy. The descriptions should be better esp. If they're not known strains. When they had vape products - I bought two kinds and developed a horrible congestion cough that lasted for 3 weeks... and two days later the ban started. I wont go back to the vape products. I don't agree with the fact that some flower have higher prices even though their THC level isn't that high and that we are taxed so much money. The prerolls burn rapidly and I dont feel as if I get to enjoy them at all.

They didn't use to have great selection but today they had a few. Only came because Neta was out of flower and only allowing ONE product now. Got plenty of wax now. ☺

The place is clean, the staff is fast and friendly. Love the selection when it's there.
