Deep Roots is a fantastic dispensary. It is staffed by friendly and knowledgeable individuals who know their product they are always able to direct me to and recommend items that will help me. The atmosphere is not at all intimidating. I trust these folks to help me.

Always excellent customer service. They really do appreciate terpenes and focus primarily on the health benefits of Cannabis and its many cannabinoids. Some very knowledgeable people will always be there to help you out. They always tip the scale in your favor, no pun intended and the new fish tank brings an awesome vibe into the facility.

I recently hurt myself and was told to come here! I got everything I needed! Chloe was so helpful and helped me find just what I needed! I got CBD tincture from Dr Jolly’s. It helped so much!! Thank you deep roots for being so patient and helpful! Ill definitely be coming back!

I love DRC it is the only place I shop. But for the first time since I started shopping there ( about 2 years ago) I had a disappointing experience. I frequently purchase pre rolls and I came in on Sunday July 5th. Selection was really limited for THC varieties which I totally understand with the holiday, but there was a jar on the shelf with one purple punch pre roll left in it. As they began to ring it up the guy asked the woman he was working with what to do because when he tried to ring it up, it wasn't in the system. The woman said if it was the last one, they couldn't sell it! I found this situation frustrating and wasn't offered anything. No apology, and the only other one they had ( that I did purchase ) in my opinion wasn't comparable at all, although the female employee said it was. I just kinda left perturbed and I hope it doesn't happen again. But for the record, all my other experiences there have been great. Thank you

Love this place! Such nice, helpful people. I am in my 60s and have learned so much about pain mangement/sleep aids etc... I also bought plants from them in 2017 - which were awesome - am buying more this year. This shop is not at all intimidating to come into (as someone who is not knowledgeable. The shop is spotless and well laid out. I am not a big purchaser, but won't go anywhere else!

You know that funny feeling of seeing a place as small (up front but when you walk in its huge?) Wow, the place is big, it seems they could have islands of stuff in the middle to browse. They said they have live music which I would love to come back and check out!. They were very nice and helpful, all the flowers I smelled were lovely, but I settled on the OGKUSH - I can't remember the budtenders name.. was tall w/dreads..as he suggested (sorry i'm bad with names)! I do love a nice kushy Kush, ya dig? Beautiful vibe, beautiful people and nice prices.. when 20% tax is included in the price, that's nice!.. It's an obvious deceitful move when dispensaries lure people in with advertising Medical prices without mentioning medical (no tax)..makes me not want to return to them, but I will here! Thanks

I was referred to Deep Roots by a friend and was a little apprehensive because I had never been in a dispensary before. The environment was very comfortable for a first timer and I felt welcomed by the staff. The dashing young man named Josh who helped me was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the benefits of the CBD and the topical lotions that have already helped me with my arthritis. I will defiantly be back!

By far my favorite dispensary! The staff are knowledgable and friendly and take the time to get to know regular customers and offer recommendations on new things to try. Hands down best product around.

The employee's are always very pleasant and greet you with a smile. I purchase online so don't interact during the selection process. Have been happy with product, except the last time. Flower was very dry, and didn't have a good look. Every other time it's been very satisfactory

Came in a week ago and was thrilled to see knowledgable friendly staff. They were super helpful, well educated in cannabis, and just nice people to converse with. The shop offers some great specials and the prices are very reasonable. Definately the best shop I've shopped in!
