First time in, I loved the sparkly crystals chandelier, I felt like I was in Las Vegas! Erik helped us out, he gave us a closer look at the flower strains with a microscope and light. We got some PB Breath by Avitas, top shelf quality on their middle shelf prices 👌🏻😸👍🏻 They gave me a discount for using both my medical cannabis card and my OLCC card! Will recommend and I will come back! Thank you 😊

Deep Roots is a fantastic dispensary. It is staffed by friendly and knowledgeable individuals who know their product they are always able to direct me to and recommend items that will help me. The atmosphere is not at all intimidating. I trust these folks to help me.

I love this dispensary! Very wheelchair friendly, knowledgable staff who are there to help, but know when to let a girl browse!! Prices are great, and their products are widely varied and high quality.

I was referred to Deep Roots by a friend and was a little apprehensive because I had never been in a dispensary before. The environment was very comfortable for a first timer and I felt welcomed by the staff. The dashing young man named Josh who helped me was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the benefits of the CBD and the topical lotions that have already helped me with my arthritis. I will defiantly be back!

Always a great selection of flower with reasonable prices!I wish they would change the day they have the discount on cartridges, there's a storenearby with the same discount on thesame day, with betterprices on cartridges, so, i never buy anything but flowerfrom here.

Great staff-so helpful and cool. Excellent quality of product. Just wish there was more variety esp. of cbd. But I pass up a dozen other shops to get to Deep Roots which says it all, huh?

I have been to several dispensaries in the area and this one I feel is the best one. Their products are well presented and their prices are reasonable. I also find their staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable. They have CBD in many forms and that is very helpful as well.

Maiden visit to an actual official dispensary in the state of Oregon while visiting from Hawaii. Karlie was AMAZINGLY knowledgeable and helpful and addressed all of my concerns and questions, professionally and tactfully. The selection was not overwhelming and the location was in a very safe environment. For my first time, I am throughly pleased to have had the courage to walk in. And I received a Veteran discount!!! Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a dispensary. Karlie was suuuuper helpful and answered a million of my questions and directed me to the exact right thing I needed. I will absolutely be back and tell my friends to come here because of Karlie. Also, the inside of the building is stunning with literal crystal chandeliers. It’s something you have to see to believe. Do yourself a favor and stop in here.

Tasty selections but above all, every time we’ve been in, the staff is not only friendly and patient but also very knowledgeable & helpful... owner included. You’ll never hear “sorry, I’m not sure.” or “I don’t know, if doesn’t say.” Menu on Leafly seems to keep up to date which is nice if you live outside of town. Usually stopping in for particular extracts and then finding some nice flower too;). Haven’t been disappointed here yet. You can tell that they strive to inform and educate people while offering a nice selection of well organized, easy to browse product. Thanks y’all!

cool place, nice selection, good prices, worst customer service I've had all year. stood around for 5 minutes with no greeting or help in an empty store with two employees until I asked where the edibles where and received a finger point in the general direction.

I visited a few weeks ago, new to Cannabis & full of questions. Christopher was a warm personality & patiently tended to me for nearly a half-hour, explaining the pros & cons of each mode of ingestion for my particular needs. He explained terpenes, the differences in quality, and gave me the information to really empower & make me feel comfortable micro-dosing for myself, as well as made me feel a little (a lot) smarter in a dispensary environment. I got a water pipe & flower, a vaporizer & cartridge, salted caramels, an RSO, and am very happy with each recommendation. Ive since visited other dispensaries just to experience them, and just as we all have our “favorite mechanic”, Christopher will be my go-to bud tender.
