This place is Awesome every time I visit the atmosphere is incredible people are really friendly I'm very helpful and that make it easy to make a decision because they have such a variety from Edibles flower dabs you name it they got it and it's always been the best since I've been visiting dispensaries.

Peachy Staff!!

I went in right before close but wasn't made to feel rushed. The people working were very nice and accommodating and the shop is spacious and pretty cool looking. I'm curious if they are going to use up that space somehow in the future but it is pretty cool to have such an open atomosphere. They have some good deals and good product I will definitely be swinging by there again.

Can't say enough about this place!! Usually when I go in there are 2 ladies working and both are sooo helpful and super knowledgeable. There selections for oil is top notch and there $5 Grams are always really well picked out and I have picked up some great strains to try this way. They also give an Industry Discount, which is amazing _ !0% and then I have my medical card so I come out with some pretty amazing stuff. I have been coming here since it has opened and have always had great service. The staff always has great opinions on the products and I have discovered new items I never thought I would enjoy without their suggestions. I highly recommend stopping by and giving them a try.

Always excellent customer service. They really do appreciate terpenes and focus primarily on the health benefits of Cannabis and its many cannabinoids. Some very knowledgeable people will always be there to help you out. They always tip the scale in your favor, no pun intended and the new fish tank brings an awesome vibe into the facility.

I love DRC it is the only place I shop. But for the first time since I started shopping there ( about 2 years ago) I had a disappointing experience. I frequently purchase pre rolls and I came in on Sunday July 5th. Selection was really limited for THC varieties which I totally understand with the holiday, but there was a jar on the shelf with one purple punch pre roll left in it. As they began to ring it up the guy asked the woman he was working with what to do because when he tried to ring it up, it wasn't in the system. The woman said if it was the last one, they couldn't sell it! I found this situation frustrating and wasn't offered anything. No apology, and the only other one they had ( that I did purchase ) in my opinion wasn't comparable at all, although the female employee said it was. I just kinda left perturbed and I hope it doesn't happen again. But for the record, all my other experiences there have been great. Thank you

Convenient for me, lots of well lit parking, don't feel like I'm going into a back lot to purchase. Almost a bit too spacious - feels kind of odd walking into the showroom.

The people here are amazing. I had lots of questions and they patiently answered each of them. When they were helping me I felt like the most important customer in the world. Friendly, clean, well organized, this shop is top notch.

In June I visited Deep Roots as an out-of-towner. The budtender was super knowledgeable about medical cannabis and spent considerable time answering questions about CBD products and Oregon's regs on lab testing. I'd definitely visit again on my next trip.

Love this place! Such nice, helpful people. I am in my 60s and have learned so much about pain mangement/sleep aids etc... I also bought plants from them in 2017 - which were awesome - am buying more this year. This shop is not at all intimidating to come into (as someone who is not knowledgeable. The shop is spotless and well laid out. I am not a big purchaser, but won't go anywhere else!
