Huge Warehouse sized place with nothing but pros working. Everyone was super nice and helpful and very knowledgeable! This is definitely my new go-to place!

New location so I was kind of skeptical..decided to give it a try and I'm VERY happy I did. Such a great ambiance, products and staff! They are all so kind and very welcoming! I will definitely be coming back again soon! Thanks again for the hospitality everyone.

This place is great. The people are friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I like the fact that the tax is included on the price list. I will be back here again.

They just opened! They have a lot of potential for their selection room, but right now it seems a little sparc. Other than that, great service! Very friendly and helpful. Delicious selection. They took their time, showed me the selection, and answered my questions. Really felt appreciated.

From the moment i walked in I was welcomed with positive attitudes and smiles. No wait time at all! I was surprised with how welcomed I felt and was treated like I was a regular and had been a customer for years. The staff was very educated and professional. Not once did I feel pressured to buy or try something I didn't want to. It was a great experience especially for their first day. By far the best dispensary in the Eugene/Springfield area, I would recommend stopping by and seeing it for yourself. Definitely setting the bar in professional courtesy!

Like the location, it's easy to find.... street front location ...... Very professional and friendly staff.. works w each customer to make you knowledgeable in the products you are buying..... you walk away educated about this industry!!!!

The staff is amazing! I bought a concentrate refill and when I got home it wouldn't work. I went back and explained what was going on and they were to exchange the purchase I made. Most places I've been to are not as courteous. I appreciate the customer service. Thanks guys!

I love this shop! I'm a regular here. The staff are super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! They have a huge selection and the shop itself is beautiful! From giant chandeliers to bold paint. It's very classy! I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Deep roots has quality marijuana and fair prices to match. Whenever I stop by I'm usually in and out within 10 minutes. The shop itself is beautiful and very clean. The lobby has that fantastic chandelier. I feel great whenever I go in because staff recognizes me and I enjoy having that relationship with staff.

I consider myself a cannabis connoisseur and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at Deep Roots. Very friendly and inviting atmosphere from the moment I walked in. Once I got back to the bud "room" I was flabbergasted! Epic set up with super dope crystal chandeliers. The budtenders definitely knew their stuff, very informative and knowledgeable on the medical side. Pretty dank selection all across the board and very reasonable prices!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Still not use to buying legally but the atmosphere and staff helped me relax and find what I was looking for. Had been looking for a dispensary that I liked and I found one. Will definitely be coming back. Keep it up you guys are awesome. :)

rather enjoy your bud deals and the large open space. it's comfortable and not crowded unlike most dispensaries
