Agree with the others, Bloom needs to revisit their business model. I have (the operative word there is have) been a loyal customer but I'm done now. Most of the "bud" tenders have zero education when it comes to the use of their medicine. The process just sucks. You wait in line for the receptionist to take forever to check you in (really - how long does it take to swipe the card), Then wait in line for the "expert" bud tenders. Then you are show a sample of their product - NOT the actual product you a buying but a sample. Then you go to yet another room and wait again to pay. That is when you see what your product looks like. If you choose to go here be sure to check your product before you leave and check that the pricing is correct. At least 3 times I was shorted a portion (which was caught at the purchase window) and twice got home and didn't get any special pricing that I should have. Both times I reported it to Bloom with no response. Interesting that Bloom management seems to only respond to positive reviews and yet many complaints are the same year after year without any changes made by them. So bye bye Bloom.

It’s extremely unfortunate when you regularly come to an establishment and they have an ongoing issue that they don’t correct. If your online resources do not collaborate with other ordering sources, you shouldn’t allow people to place prior orders that are not gonna be honored. Instead, just repeatedly tell you over and over to only order directly from the site when you have overly explained that the site does not load on the Internet when you’re trying to place an order. Very disappointed.

I was oknthe security gyard was cool 😎 af the 🌲 is ok its not super fire 🔥 but hey your paying 25 a 8th 26+ after taxes so considering the price I say it's straight. The vibe was pretty weak though no enthusiasm in their profession 😔🤷🏽‍♂️

Very professional environment. Discreet location. Comfortable atmosphere. Edibles were potent. Free 1/8th oz for first time patients. I went during happy hour, 1pm-3pm and got a free pre roll. Reasonable prices. Will be going back. Only negative is that they don't have concentrates.

Hands Down the BEST place to get your med's! They are so nice and so clean and that's grate. But when you add up all the free med's they have given me over the last few months. They have easily covered the cost of my AZ MMJ Card and then some. Between the Pre-rolls and 1/8 they have given me i have not had to go with out my medicine since i became a patient of Bloom Phoenix ! Thank you very much and i can say that I truely love seeing your friendly faces. Dave is always there with a smile and he always has something nice to say. He actually cares. JuJu is very knowledgeable and he never forget to tell me to "stay awesome"! I Love You Guy's! That's why I tell Everyone I know that Bloom is the Best!

I just got my card and already I think I found the dispensary for me. Very polite, knowledgeable staff. SO MANY CHOICES (granted it was 11AM) great prices, great setup, quick and efficient. I drove past 3 other dispensaries/CC on the way, and it was WORTH it!. HIGHly recommend!

I came in on a friday night (may 5th) the woman who checks us in was totally rude. told one man when he asked the wait time, that he can have a seat and start a timer. when she calls him he can tell her how long it was. I feel that this place used to be a great facility and now the quality has decreased as we as the customer service. the employees are uneducated and unprofessional. more and more rude experience

Top shelf meds, fair pricing given you know exactly what you're getting and what's in it. Friendly staff and central location. You get a free 1/8 for first time and I got a free 1/8 last week for my bday. Come during flourishing hours to get a free pre roll with purchase. Hands down the best state licensed dispensary out of the dozen I've visited. Juju is friendly and knowledgeable as is the rest of the staff. I hope the issues surrounding alternative preparation techniques is resolved soon so we can start getting some clean concentrates in AZ for a fair price from a customer friendly source like Bloom.

The meds were dry. Other than that, everything about this place is cool.

Did anyone else get the bait and switch add. 5 free pre-rolls but they did not mention they will not be giving them out today. It is not worth my time or gas to drive back to pick these up so it is pointless. Never again will I be stepping foot in this place. To many other shops closer

I have not shopped this dispensary yet, but plan to do so. Regarding Josh2903's comment about donation rates. I use 2 clubs and 1 other dispensary, and the donation rates listed on Bloom's menu for 5/3/13 are pretty much the same - or lower - than the 3 other places I get my meds. I use Onyx, AZ CPC and The Green House. Like others, I have found that current donation rates are pretty much the same as the street price was about 3-years ago. I think it's important to consider that what we're getting now for the prices we pay is much better in every way than what used to be on the street. I am gladly paying the going rate because I value quality, cleanliness, safety, and the good feeling I have, knowing I am making a tax contribution to a State than needs it!

The atmosphere is calm and welcoming. My interaction with staff was pleasant and they were very knowledgable of their strains and edibles. Edibles are delicious!!!

This was the first dispensary I went to and Bloom blew my mind. That was back in May '13. Since then, Bloom has continuously blown my mind month after month. tastebudz edibles, flower selection, staff friendliness and helpfulness, facility and the prices at bloom are all A++! If you aren't signed up to receive text and email alerts do it, its the best email you'll get each month! The only thing that could make Bloom any better would be a delivery service, but maybe that's just the meds talking ;] . It's always a great experience at bloom!

Very professional set up and friendly service. I went to this dispensary strictly for the fact that it opened at 8am on a saturday and i needed to be on the road at 9am. I was really impressed with the strain that i picked out named Dr. Who. It was everything i asked for and tasty! I will be seeing you guys next weds to try out your preroll special!!

called ahead and asked what the daily special was. ( was told it was a pre-roll with a 1/8th. once purchase). Got to Bloom Phoenix, and was told that they would not give me the pre-roll and the 10% Veterans discount on my total purchase, as they have done many times before. the management confirmed this policy, and said it was the new policy. thanks Bloom Phoenix, way to honor our Veterans!

everyday $99 oz deal...but at 9:15 am you're sold out? Then receptionist says we haven't got our shipment yet...today or in general I ask? she shrugs her shoulder. So I say I'm good and she says okayyy byeeee! I'm confused since I was there last night and was told they would have a selection of four $99 oz today! So the shipment hasn't arrived? and your receptionist needs to be more courteous and professional. okayyy byeee!

I was told I could not pick up my leafly online order at 9:25 due to the long line. Service is usually okay but not for me today. maybe tomorrow

Today was my first time in a dispensary. And let me tell you it was everything I ever imagined. Staff was amazing except when I told the front desk girl it was my first time she didn't let me know there was water or even a menu for that matter. She just told me to sit down :/ Some very nice girl walked in and noticed I was a noob and she then informed me of it! Was a an awesome flat screen menu. Oh well though the dr was awesome. She was so nice! And very informative. Then the lady at checkout was very friendly and quick.

So I do really like this place they have great deals. I encountered the problem of everything being legal. It does not matter if you are Med or rec you have to wait in the same line. Hopefully they don't sell out to the Rec users by the time you finally make It inside an hour later. Probably going to find a dispo that has separate lines for rec and med users. I mean come on even Colorado has been doing It like that. It shows you guys never cared about the medical aspect of It and just the money aspect. I never mind spending money here but not if I am in the same line of every joe shmow that wants weed in the valley when there are med users that have been coming here for quite sometime and have invested a lot of support and money into you guys. I would like to one day see that taken care of so medical users are not stuck in a line behind recreational users.
