Curaleaf - Phoenix Airport

I just got back and had to write this review immediately because I was so pleased with my service. They're highly knowledgable and extremely friendly. This was my first visit ever and I had not expected it to be so absolutely amazing! I could not be happier with my service there. Thankful to have found such an amazing dispensary.

This place is sooo nice!! Great meds and service the suggested donation is great as well and they always have sweet deals going on. The popcorn is the best edible I've ever had. You have to try this place!!!

Horrible samples and weed was trash

The atmosphere is weird, but the staff and meds make up for it. Their Papaya is incredible, I'll be back.

Friendly people, fair prices, nice selection, and most importantly TIGHT SECURITY. I will be back!

I have been here a few times. I thought the meds were low quality the first time I went some months ago, but they made it right. The second time I went I had some issues because bloom would not honor a special applied to a shake purchase, only flower. The only reason I still go is for the shake which is mid to low shelf but the price is right.

Very professional set up and friendly service. I went to this dispensary strictly for the fact that it opened at 8am on a saturday and i needed to be on the road at 9am. I was really impressed with the strain that i picked out named Dr. Who. It was everything i asked for and tasty! I will be seeing you guys next weds to try out your preroll special!!

Place is actually kind of scary. Rough crowd. Flower is often dry and harsh. Concentrate prices are pretty good though if you stop in at the right time. I advise definitely coming during the daytime. Bud tenders are chill but kinda disconnected and ‘salesy’ - weird vibe overall.

called ahead and asked what the daily special was. ( was told it was a pre-roll with a 1/8th. once purchase). Got to Bloom Phoenix, and was told that they would not give me the pre-roll and the 10% Veterans discount on my total purchase, as they have done many times before. the management confirmed this policy, and said it was the new policy. thanks Bloom Phoenix, way to honor our Veterans!

everyday $99 oz deal...but at 9:15 am you're sold out? Then receptionist says we haven't got our shipment yet...today or in general I ask? she shrugs her shoulder. So I say I'm good and she says okayyy byeeee! I'm confused since I was there last night and was told they would have a selection of four $99 oz today! So the shipment hasn't arrived? and your receptionist needs to be more courteous and professional. okayyy byeee!

They are completely disorganized and do not know how to follow protocol Even the managers seem to not know what's going on and don't be surprised if they cancel an online order last minute

I was told I could not pick up my leafly online order at 9:25 due to the long line. Service is usually okay but not for me today. maybe tomorrow

Do you like cheap, dry, pre packed, machine trimmed bud? If so, do yourself a favor and head on over to Bloom. They cut the corners to the max to mass produce and expand. I feel like Bloom is trying to become the Starbucks of bud. Excessive branding and generic atmosphere adds to this feeling.

Thought it was poor customer service, didn’t work well with kind live event. Staff seemed to be upset everyone was for kind not their Sunday bud deal. Take girl with purple hair, as beautiful as they come and as rude as you would expect from looking at her. Yeah I judged that book by the cover and I was right. One girl behind counter was nice other than that I felt they could work on people skills, especially when customers are waiting hrs in the rain it should not matter what deal they are waiting for. Also thought it was bs they did online order for kind and did not announce it, again purple hair saying we told “norm” and “cliff” like it was cheers. People travel for kind events and not everyone lives next to the airport so we cannot frequent the establishment as much as we may like that’s why you have sites like this or your own and you put UPDATES .

Very professional environment. Discreet location. Comfortable atmosphere. Edibles were potent. Free 1/8th oz for first time patients. I went during happy hour, 1pm-3pm and got a free pre roll. Reasonable prices. Will be going back. Only negative is that they don't have concentrates.

Only tried this place out because I got a free 1/8th and I am broke this week and couldn't afford to hit my local dispensary. I got there and it was very in your face and overwhelming. 10 different employees talking to you, going to different stations, etc.....I like my local place, 1 employee in the whole place, bring you back and weigh it in front of you etc, walk right out.....this place just had bad atmosphere however....the med quality is 10/10 i got some Chainer and its unreal, second best medicine ive had ever....i will be in next week for a very large order of it too! and the staff were all incredibly friendly and informative....great people, had no complaints about how people treated patients overall - i will be back. the atmosphere doesnt do it for me, but the med quality makes up for it

Worst place in the city. Every strain is a polinated hermie! Flowers are all full of underdeveloped seeds, don't be fooled by cheap prices, it's cheap for a reason. Doesn't deserve the title "Medical" there is nothing medical about their marijuana!

This is my first review, and also my first time at Bloom, but not my first visit to a dispensary. I read reviews and as usual I started out skeptical. The reviews made me go but you always wonder if they're fake. I've been to plenty highly reviewed places only to find the weed that they have is pulled out of The Crypt Keeper's coffin. So I head over - just so you know its 41st PLACE not 41st Street , I learned that the hard way- and when I get in it's very clean and there is a pretty girl at the desk, I can barely here her or make eye contact but she's friendly enough to make the 30-ish minutes I waited. WOAH right?! Well Luckily you can order at the desk with the quiet girl and pick them up and be off. I wanted the consultation though, it being my first time. So 4 cups of water later I called in and immediately the place has a different feel. An adorable man shows me all of his different strains and edibles and concentrates and gluten free edibles, and chocolate bars......you get the picture right? At this point I'm excited , but sadly they still don't have shatter, wax or dabs. We need to change this! I'm telling you AZ, if you have major chronic like moi, dabs are the way to go! I only got a eighth of White Zombie because I wanted to be sure I liked the product before I blew my money, and lucky me the have week long specials and today was a free pre-roll of Dr.Who, which I had to get on name alone, both are hybrids. So after much enjoyable gabbing he tells me I only owe $27, yepp that's right! 50% off for being a new customer I went to pick up my meds. It was easy, fast and convenient. And the meds? Well I just tried the Dr.Who and boy was I surprised! It was really good, it did take a lil longer to kick in (which may just be because it's pre-rolled), but I wasn't feeling too sick at the moment so I didn't mind. It's been an hour and I still feel good. Thanks Bloom, be sure to request shatter, wax and dabs!!!

Very clean facility, everyone is professional and friendly, really good customer service from the product assistant. I look forward to this dispensary growing its selection.

Very nice people, meds are fair and priced well. However I felt like I was going on an alien voyage. Think i am just to old for the room to room shuffling. You may enjoy it. Worth a visit to make up your own mind. Thx Mark

atmosphere and service are top notch. I've been to this place about 5 times now.. the issue i have is horrrrrrribly dry buds. Every strain I have picked up has been brittle dry.. I don't pick up budget strains, i don't go for anything because its on sale. I always pick up the best strain they offer when I go in and every single time it's been very very very dry. It's shame too, i love the service and the place itself is nice and clean. PLEASE step up and start taking care of your flowers so they don't crisp.
