The last three times I've ordered from here all different strains and about a week apart and get home to open the bag to crap. I know can't do online ordering since I need to now take the time to see the product vs trusting you guys. They clam these were above 20% THC however I see no crystals on the flower and it smells like weeds. I break a bud open on this last batch of blue dream and I smell chemicals. The flower has been really fluffy and not dense. This was odd for my last two strains Golden Goat and Blue Dream. Both dense bud producing plants. My question now to bloom is, are you master growers just burnt out and don't care, is the product being rushed off the line, something happen and you had to pull early cause of profit over quality control?

Called three hours ahead of time to ask about the super silver haze. Asked multiple times what the THC was and was assured it was 20% - 22%. I wait till after rush hour and drive from north PHX to this location not a close drive. Arrive and luckily I checked before buying cause it was 14% total. Apparently reading numbers and customer service are not part of the hiring check. I leave cause there is nothing there I need at this point. I get down the street and give a call to see if it is a franchise or corporate. They put the head bud tender on the line and she informs me that it's corporate but would like to help before I call. Starts out nice right, after I give my peace that I want customer service and accurate information for my time not loyalty points, I'm not in this for free stuff my time is worth more then you are offering. Needles to say it was a round robin on, "if you didn't want free stuff why did you call". I called to see if you were corporate you tried to cut me off and wont accept I wont be back for a price. Needless to say they admitted there wrong on the before are the arguing and said it will be handled. I'm glad they documented it so that corporate can see I'm not making there lack of customer service up. You can't always blame your problems on new hires, basic reading should be part of that process. Please do not let my opinion effect your stop here this is just my experience and my ethic for how companies should run go have make your own please.

Second time doing a mobile order. both times taking over two hours before filled. first time they ran out of what I requested so it was a waste of time. This time I get here and it's not even ready after two hours my supprisecthey ran out of everything. Mobile order is worthless here they just want you in the door so they can call you back. Wont be giving them a third chance. lost a customer over buisness ethics.

I love coming to this place and have for years like clockwork every Friday. Today, however, the lady behind the glass Dee I believe was her name. I'm horrible at remembering names. A simple transaction of smile and node with a thank you for coming is all that is really required here. What I get is attitude when telling me the total as she is holding my money over the total. My $2 something change should have just been handed back with my product and on my way. I call to let the manager on duty Padro. The manager on duty at around 1 PM 6/29/2018 didn't even sound like he even cared to hear what I was saying and just taking up his time. Other then today's experience I have never had a problem. The wait is long yes but only if you don't know what you want and call in. They do what they can to accommodate everyone. Customer service however you cannot slack in and today that is what was represented by there staff.

Picked up a half ounce of the AlienOrange on 9/23. The first two nugs broke up I found 8 pre-mature seeds and 3 mature seeds. I understand a few seeds but this is ridiculous. Called in to just ask about it and got attitude for bringing it up and was told, " I need to understand that sometimes seeds get in the medicine". I would like to reiterate that a few seeds is ok but for the price we pay this is not right. You sell this as a medicine it should go threw at-least some standards. Highly disappointed and contemplating even going back after the customer service on the phone.

So I hate to say this but i was not happy with the SourWreck. For once I was disappointed and the though came across my mind how could you even consider this medical grade ore even have it in your shop. Very Dry and stemy.

Did anyone else get the bait and switch add. 5 free pre-rolls but they did not mention they will not be giving them out today. It is not worth my time or gas to drive back to pick these up so it is pointless. Never again will I be stepping foot in this place. To many other shops closer

Last week I picked up some Purple AK47 because they were out of the Strawberry Caugh. The reason for the delay is I wanted to finish off the meds to make sure there was't a change over the week. It was a very clean high making it easy for me to study but not be in pain. The two people at the counter were very friendly and knowledgeable. Only issue I see is the waiting room in front if it ever gets busy. The only thing I did not like was I was told it was a free gram for first time visitors if you got 1/8 or over and a free .5 for anything below. I went in the fallowing day and bought and 1/8 and only got .5. I was in a rush so I didn't want to argue over .5. Just make sure to be more clear next time. :)

Alright as I said I would here is the review on the Cake Pop's I got. I took them this morning at 8 AM. (Monday 10/21) It has now been 2 1/2 hours an the only thing I feel is an upset stomach. On the upside the Super Silver Haze i grabbed last night was definitely top shelf.

My first visit and how it went. I'm from the West Side so I knew I needed to trave to the east side for them. I place my order and was told to head to where they wanted to meet. I get to the cross streets and ask where I should go, I was told " find a gas station and park haha." I end up waiting 45 minutes for them to show. When they did show I only got half my order. I was told to get ahold of them in an hour if I wanted the other half. There was on sorry or discount on the donation needed for the meds. I call back today to order more so I can only make the trip once every few weeks instead of once or twice a week and they asked for a larger donation then what I got when it was just for a single. Give them good marks on quality but that is where it stops. Better luck to everyone else that goes threw these guys.
