shop was clean and staff was nice. been there 2 times both time the prices on here are not even close to the prices at the shop. the shatter i wanted said 30 on here but price at the shop was 42. told the staff that and they didnt even care. will not go back because of this.

Ive been comin here since they opened. And after the complete lack of customer service i had today i never will again. I bought a oil rig here. Which didnt work from the start. I bring it all back. They exchange a peice. Then i go home only to find out my charger was no longer in the box. I call and they make it out like im tryin to scam them. Whole ordeal and multiple trips just to get the charger back. They made multiple mistakes. And barely wanted to give me the charger. They did nothin to make up for there incompetence either. Im be goin to greenlight for now on

This was my 1st, & it will be my last visit.
I called before driving across town to Spokane Valley Cinder to confirm that they had the product that I wanted. The tender who answered the phone said that they had several packets.
When I arrived the 1st person that I encountered said that the computer showed that they had 3 packets left, but he was unable to find them.
He was quick to try to sell me to something else, that he claimed is nearly identical to what I had requested. (Having been a cultivator for more than 55 years, I knew he was mistaken on that).
He, and another tender then fumbled around pretending to search for more than 20 minutes before advising me that they had somehow definitely lost the 1/2 oz. packets of the leaf that I came for...............Are you kidding me?
I left without purchasing anything, but with a certainty that I will never return.

Namaste, Have been shopping this store for about 2 months 5 visits. Amanda has been the budtender for all 5 visits and each time she has been cheerful, polite, professional and most important to me Very Knowledgeable about product.

I've been a frequent customer at Cinder, I've been in about 15-20 times buying vape cartridges. I always bought the same brand, Nuvape, and enjoyed it being a good product at a fair price. I bought one yesterday 9/25/17 and had an issue with it, no problem they have a return policy for these, so I go in and talk with the manager and she exchanged the cartridge for another and I headed home. Get home and realize the replacement cartridge had the exact same issue. I turn around and I'm back at cinder for the third time in less than 2 hours. I talk with the manager again and tell her they must of got a bad batch of cartridges, she says no it was my because the battery i had was too powerful and I must've melted everything and caused the issue. I informed her that I had bought this product dozens of times with no issues. She says I just got lucky this didn't happen earlier, but she would exchange for a different product if I payed the difference in price, recommended a different product and informed me she need another $3. I find it absolutely absurd that a store that does that kind of volume couldn't eat $3, in the name of good customer service after selling me multiple bad products and wasting my time and fuel for multiple trips back into the store, and then blame me instead of the product. So unfortunately I wont be shopping here again as there are many options to choose from, and I will go out of my way to feel as if I am appreciated as a customer.
TLDR: Sold me 2 broken vape cartridges, blamed me, made me pay a $3 difference to get a product that actually works after wasting my time and fuel for multiple trips to the store. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

False advertising! Many times I have tried to purchase what's advertised on leafly only to find that it's no longer available, never had it at that price point, sold out days ago, or overcharge from what's advertised. I rely on leafly to know what's available and how much it'll cost before I leave the house, with this broken system I never get the product I want in quantity I was hoping for the price listed on here. I feel scammed by the process. Long time family of customers considering leaving.

I created this account just to talk about how confusing my experience with this store has been... I used to love coming here and always got great service from the tall girl with brown hair. Sorry don't know her name or if she still works there but I haven't seen her much anymore. The last few times I've come a blonde guy has "helped" me and the experience has left me feeling like I don't want to go back. Not friendly whatsoever and I felt really rushed and like I was an idiot for asking his opinion. Consistently the worst weed store employee ive met. Another person and I shopping at the same time even complained to each other about it in the parking lot and he said ya it has happened to him before too. I'll probably go back in and give them another shot to turn it around and hopefully the rude guy is gone. ~jackson

Abbi Joy was the employee that was helping me through my first time in the store. My experience was terrible because I was talked into buying Phat Panda by the employee. Which wasn't at all what I was asking for, wasted my time and my money. Thanks a lot Abbi

I bought a Bodhi cartridge. It leaked and the top was misaligned. I brought it back a day after I bought it and showed the guy at the counter. He took me outside and said, it works, so no exchange. It exploded the next day. I threw away the receipt when he told me it was fine, deciding never to shop here again. I've been a client since they opened and they used to have good service. I won't be back.

Purchased an 1/8th of Berry1 from Evergreen as per recommendation of the staff, however, after it was opened, I noticed that mixed in with the distinctly purple Berry1 were 2 buds of a variety that had no purple whatsoever and even had significant quantities of red hair making it not Berry1 at all. This bud tasted foul and was very harsh compared to the Berry1 and was not enjoyable at all (whoever grew this weed did not know how to finish the plant in budding as there were obvious flavors left over from excess fertilizer). I would not recommend visiting this place without paying careful attention to what you buy, you may not be getting what you pay for. It shouldn't be the customers job to ensure that the bud in the package is the bud that was labeled (in fact I think that it is the law that the label must match 100% of the bud). The staff was nice enough but who wouldn't be working in a recreational dispensary?

The quality of product is consistent, and they are a fairly new location but the atmosphere could be a bit more warming. Still a great place.

This legal pot shop is a great location for valley/stateline customers.
This store seems to have the most accurate updates/online inventory of strains from the menu leafly option, especially when compared to local recreational pot shops.
This store has video monitors that show the menu/price. Everything is well organized, nicely presented and costs are obvious. The ATM in store is ultra-convenient for debit card addicts such as myself.
CONS: store could use more cash registers, as they have two and this area is always bunched up and congested a bit. That's my only criticism.
