Cinder - Spokane Valley

Really low key and straight to the point. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Great place regardless of whether you know exactly what strain you want or have tons of questions.

My fiancé & I have shopped at every dispensary that is located in Spokane Valley and Cinder takes the cake! We shop at this location on a weekly basis; usually 3-5 times a week. Not only do they have a fantastic selection of high quality products at amazing prices; they are staffed with VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE budtenders. On our most recent visit, JULES, went above & beyond as she always does to make sure we left with the products that are right for us. :-) We appreciate how the staff continuously share their knowledge and provide top notch customer service. A big THANK YOU to the entire staff, you guys rock!

Workers are friendly and help you find the right bud for you and are pretty knowledgeable. I have been going here for months now and I enjoy it every time. Some great deals just gotta know when they happen!

Have been a customer for years I've spent hundreds a week in the valley store. Recently they have taken to scamming us. They put items online for a price and then when you go in to the store to buy the item, they won't sell it for the listed price. They just say whoops, even tho it was on their reader board. Then treat me rude when I didn't like it. Laugh at us when we leave. (Yes you have glass windows) they also have taken to raising prices then putting the items on sale so that you think you are getting a good deal. I will now find somewhere else to spend my extra money.

I've been a repeat customer to the valley location for about half a year now and won't go anywhere else. Their hours are great, and the staff is always kind/helpful. I trust their suggestions as the budtenders seem to know their product better than other places I've been. I highly suggest checking them out if you haven't already.

I really enjoy getting my weed from cinder especially when Kendra is working and gets to help me. She always picks the right ones out for me! I look forward to seeing her every time I come into Cinder in the valley

Great strains and the cure for the ones I went with, was really good. The atmosphere is chill. It would be nice if they did have some glass displays. It's a huge shop, with alot of space to fill. The customer service was great! I just think they can make the experience a bit better. Example: Being able to see the edibles u purchase at the counter; and the concentrates without someone going to the back to grab them.

gals were nice...but did not get what I ordered... kind of a bait and switch deal. bummed out..and probably wont shop there again.

I always have had great experiences here at this location, although this experience made me realize how much you actually care/do for your customers. Kelsea helped me so gracefully today. I was so frazzled and stressed from my crazy day and thought I was coming in to get a product when in reality I was able to have a nice conversation with kelsea who made me feel like I was understood and cared for(p.s. and still got me the best deal on my product). I love this store. But if you take any interest in information about the products they carry do yourself a favor and go in at night. I went in last night and had a half an hour conversation about terpenes and oil and how it changes your high with one of the girls working, while the other guy working was having just as detailed of a conversation about pesticides with someone else. if you care about hearing what the employees did last weekend or have no questions about anything then mornings are for you. over all I still rate them 5/5 because of my good experiences with parts of their staff. I do wish their parking lot was less of a nightmare tho

love the craftsman style of this store. Very good prices on buds although the quality just wasn't there on the strain I bought but have heard not the best reviews from that grower. Will def be back as prices are on point.
