Cinder - Spokane Valley

I've been a frequent customer at Cinder, I've been in about 15-20 times buying vape cartridges. I always bought the same brand, Nuvape, and enjoyed it being a good product at a fair price. I bought one yesterday 9/25/17 and had an issue with it, no problem they have a return policy for these, so I go in and talk with the manager and she exchanged the cartridge for another and I headed home. Get home and realize the replacement cartridge had the exact same issue. I turn around and I'm back at cinder for the third time in less than 2 hours. I talk with the manager again and tell her they must of got a bad batch of cartridges, she says no it was my because the battery i had was too powerful and I must've melted everything and caused the issue. I informed her that I had bought this product dozens of times with no issues. She says I just got lucky this didn't happen earlier, but she would exchange for a different product if I payed the difference in price, recommended a different product and informed me she need another $3. I find it absolutely absurd that a store that does that kind of volume couldn't eat $3, in the name of good customer service after selling me multiple bad products and wasting my time and fuel for multiple trips back into the store, and then blame me instead of the product. So unfortunately I wont be shopping here again as there are many options to choose from, and I will go out of my way to feel as if I am appreciated as a customer.
TLDR: Sold me 2 broken vape cartridges, blamed me, made me pay a $3 difference to get a product that actually works after wasting my time and fuel for multiple trips to the store. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
