I did curbside pickup. It was very convenient and safe. I had to change my order when I called to pick up my purchase. The staff was very nice, helpful and informative about the product. Thank you for the great experience.
I stopped smoking a few years ago so this was my first time buying legal weed and it was a great experience. The employee that helped me had great customer service and very knowledgeable on the products. The shop was clean and very professional. I will definitely be going back to this place!
Darren is just the best! He never does us wrong. He is always great with suggestions of great things! He knows my husband and I by first name and we feel very welcome in this shop. We have been using cinder in the valley for a few years, and will continue for many years to come!
So I've been here multiple times great selection good discount for industry workers like me. Today I went in and asked for a Blue Rasberry Dieseal was that was on the cheaper menu the budtender gets it out and rings me up. I assume what she grabbed me was the right gram I was wrong for assuming and that is my bad, but Blue Dream does not look like blue rasberry Dieseal was there's a lot more words to that. So please just remind your people to look for the names told to them and not the closest thing to it.
So my bud-tender, Jamie, at the Valley store is freakin' AMAZING! He's so knowledgeable, fast, efficient and will not let you leave until your more than happy! If you need anything, go to Cinder in the valley and ask and wait for Jamie, you'll NEVER be disappointed. Plus this guy is so cool, laid back, funny and more than willing to spend time with you!
