the wax bar is the best..they have great staff every day and there top shelf strains and joints are good. I would recommend a friend even my own family. and for my first time visits was great.. I would always come back here . also one my favorite strains is the indica .

I love it here. I get a different tender most of the time and I’m always happy with who helps me. Sometimes I can be picky and they never seem irritated so that’s really cool. I’m also an awkward person and I have a hard time making conversation, but there are a few that always get me out of my shell. Even cooler. Thanks guys!

I’m from Boston so we have a ton of shops in the area but nothing like this! Loved the lounge, the bar and atmosphere. Michelle helped my friend and I and was incredibly friendly and helpful in recommending options for us. Luis helped us at the counter and also was really sociable and easy to chat with. The budtender manager and other budtender there made the environment super relaxed. That lounge is great

I’m visiting from the east coast and this was my first time inside a California dispensary — and I could not have chosen a better shop! We found this location from an advertisement for a Happy Hour. Everything felt curated and comfortable, from the decor to the customer journey and we were welcomed by multiple staff members. Our budtender’s name was Michelle and she was SO kind and incredibly helpful. My friend and I were looking to purchase flower, concentrates, and pre-rolls and Michelle answered all of our questions and gave some really great recommendations. Super personable and really efficient! We were greeted at the register by Luis, who was very funny and super positive. Front to back, amazing experience! My friend and I stuck around to hit a few dabs in the lounge and chill on the couch!

I absolutely love this place. The music is fucking awesome, and I catch a vibe EVERY time I go in. I want to give a shout out to budtender WRENN. She is amazing.

This is my go to Dispensary in all of theeeee Inland Empire...! I always go for TOP SHELF FLOWER! NO BUDGET! and Captain Jacks ALWAYS DELIVERS THEEEE GOODS! Wether you’re a Sativa, Indica, or Hybrid type of person, you can never go wrong. Sure you sometimes have to wait in Line for a bit, but the wait is worth it!!! S/O to the CJ’s Team, and my go to BUDTENDERS; TINA, WRENN, JAZZ-AM, JACOB, & BARNET. The dream team!!! Knowledgeable budtenders that know what they are talking about and are not here for the BS! I’d give Captain Jacks 10 Stars if I could!

This was my first time going to a dispensary. Not going to lie, I was super nervous because I didn't know much about medicinal marijuana. But I really was pleased with the staff there. They answered all my questions and found the perfect items for me that cater to my specific needs. They really treat you like family

Bud tender Justin was great and very descriptive when explaining each flower for me. He really helped me to make a well informed decision when choosing my meds. This was my third visit and the first time I medicated on property. It really enjoyed the open space out back with the nice shade trees. I'll be back.

Inside building was dope but looked hectic. people were standing around and looked lost. i believe jonny was the one who helped me out and recommended me some great products for my condition. he knows how to hustle and get the job done. he had everything under control and knocking out the line if it wasn't for him the wait time might have been wayyyy to long. some bud tenders don't work and avoid customers. products jonny sold me did the job. i would go back to him since he knows his products. his service was great but 'team work' their needs improvement.
