Captain Jack's

I miss the old Captain's. This new place does not have the cool atmosphere with the outdoor area or the dab bar like the old location. They are only recreational now and no price adjustments to account for the high taxes. Today's trip cost me money in travel time, stress of driving the I-10 in a busy area, time driving aroundthe area before I realized it it actually in the same building as the strip joint, and over $15 in taxes. So sorry to say that Captain Jack's is not my #1 any longer. They've had to downgrade big time because Upland voters wanted them gone.

The single WORST experience ever. OVERPRICED...PRETENTIOUS....POOR QUALITY FLOWER...POOR DISPLAY....VERY UNKNOWLEDGABL BUDTENDER.....NOT A DISPENSERIE....NOT PATIENT FRIENDLY....CUSTOMER ORIENTED...NOT FIRST TIME WELCOMES....I WILL NEVER RETURN....NEVER.

As usual, Captain Jacks is organized and the budtenders are friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, true medical users are not being served. I have previously found super high CBD strains like Ringo's Gift here, but now they only cater to recreational users who just want to get high. They also don't offer any kind of discount to medical card holders. Even though we supported the dispensaries for the last few years, we are no longer a desirable demographic.

WOW!! The best HIGH, quality products that are %100 legal? Are you serious. AND! It's in the same building as the best and my favorite Strip Club in the I.E. I am a retired United States Army Ranger. Thank you Captain Jacks for providing us with a safe place to get our medicine and have some fun without the worry of getting arrested or robbed. Again Thank You

What can I say!! WOW WOW WOW!!! I was amazed when I walked into this shop. They're a hidden treasure, I was thoroughly walked through everything. My bud tender answered all my questions without making feel like I was annoying. I then walked myself to the dab bar to find even more amazing service. Captain Jack's should be the blue print of what every collective should be like from service to meds!! Thank you for all that you do, keep it up guys!! Blessings

the location is good but this place is wack nothing like advertised. expensive bud that is dried out smells nothing like their display all smoke and mirrors to RIP you off I hate to say but I will not be going back

More like a social club than a "dispensary". The selection is wide, prices competitive, budtenders are knowledgeable and professional. The way a dispensary should be run.

Went in today for the first time and Captain Jack’s is now my favorite place to go. Shout out to the security guy (Dyson) for welcoming me with a smile and making me feel like I was greeted by an old friend. That guy looks like he enjoy his job as well as the rest of the staff. The bud tenders were very knowledgeable and asked every question I had with a smile. Thank you Captain Jacks for your professional service and friendly environment.

I drove an hour to visit Capt Jacks. It was worth the drive. All the places in my area are either running illegal storefronts or have the music cranked so loud you can’t talk to the budtender. This place is on point, clean, friendly staff, and the tenders know their stuff. Plus they are patient with customers. I’m a weekend user, so an hour drive once a month, is well worth it. Yeah, you may have to pay taxes, but that’s because this place is 100% legit, and that’s a good thing.

This place was amazing, great vibes, music, bud, and workers. Friendly atmosphere and they even have a bar to dab, hit a volcano, or spark a j or blunt. They also got dab specials on Wednesday and Friday so definitely recommend Captain Jacks.

So I just wanted to say that this is the best clinic ever in the world the workers treat you like family before patients prime location easy to get to indoor and out door seating full dab bar indoor and out door movies come see for yourself and p.s have to give a huge shout out to Adrain at the dab bar every time I go he's there and he all ways take care of you fast and easy makes you laugh and makes you feel super comfortable

BEST dispensary I've been to in the IE! as a woman, sometimes I feel unsafe going to a dispensary because most in the IE are super shady! but at CJ's I feel safe and welcome. The atmosphere is professional and music isn't too loud that you can't hear anything. definitely will be back!

A+ Dispensary

I went over Sunday morning early so I could register and get to know the store. It went smoothly and Dezz was very helpful in finding some edibles for me to purchase. I enjoyed the experience and would like to recommend this dispensary to any potential customers.

Captain jacks is the only legit place in San bernadino. This is by far one of the best dispensaries I’ve been to. They have a real cool security guard, Dyson, greets you with a smile every time and makes you feel like you are in a safe environment. He has a positive attitude that will change your day. If you see a badass motorcycle outside that’s your man. Then once inside, the receptionist Virginia greeted me with just as much enthusiasm and kindness. The bud tenders are on point! They know what they are talking about and will help you with any question you have to get you what you need. Thank you captain jacks for the amazing experience and I look forward to coming back very soon.
