This was my first visit. The shop is very clean and neat. There is a wide selection of products to choose from. Lili helped me find a great cartridge. She was very informatice and knew her products well. I couldn’t be happier. I will definitey be coming back! Thanks

This was my first time to actually visit a dispensary. The building is quite unassuming, no name outside, a small converted home. I was greeted by Kelley who was absolutely wonderful. I had spoken with her on the phone ahead of time, and she recognized my name when I came in and took care of me. She is friendly, patient, and made me feel welcome. She introduced me to my budtender John, who was equally friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I'll have no problem returning here and actually look forward to my next experience. FIVE STAR

Compliments to the Captain Jacks team! Found this awesome place online. The start was great, a friendly lady greeted me and checked me in. We commiserated about making it legal everywhere. Us stoners aren’t criminals, we just want chill cannabis and some munchies. Lol Then like the moment when Willy Wonka opens the door to the candy room, I get buzzed in to the sweat aroma of quality cannabis products. To my left is an actual bar but with multiple dab rigs ready to go and try out your stuff. I’m an edible dude so I hit the counter and had Ren as my Budtender. She at first asked what I was in to then brought some goodies she thought I would enjoy. Mission accomplished, turned me on to some Big Petes peanut butter cookies which was my favorite. Also had some gummies and a lollipop with a seed in the stem. You plant that after you eat the pop. All dosed at 10 mg. I’m an outatowner so looking forward to a return visit. I’ve been to 5 recreational shops and Captain Jacks is my favorite so far. Great Job Team!

I am a disabled person. I was trying to get my call in order and it was put back So I asked the guy if he could just pick something for the money I had I was told I would have to stand in line cause it wouldn't be fair Wtf? I am crippled. I will never go there again.

My first time experience could not of found a better place, budtender was awesome very helpful and knowledgeable I was in such awe I forgot her name but much love. Will be back be for I leave.

I love this place been coming here for about 3 years love the staff , especially Adrian as he seems to really care if you are having a good time on a busy Saturday night he managed to get everyone at the bar to move around so my wife and I could get a seat what a cool dude all the other workers there are cool also, just Adrian is my favorite

This location is a great place to shop at.Further more,their medical cannabis medicine makes me feel better every time.

I used to b a "Pharmacy Hopper" & would rarely go back to the same one more than twice. The first time I came to Captain Jacks (almost 2 years ago) I was met with extremely friendly budtenders who are so knowledgeable and helpful. I am a retired 30 year Customer Service Manager & I always pay attention to how businesses treat their Customers/Clients. Needless to say I have never been to any other pharmacy since I found Captain Jacks.

this place was awesome. arriving I was greeted by the beautiful and very friendly Mickey. it was my first time so I was added to their system; which Mickey got done in two seconds. once inside, I was attended by Omar. he was very informative and straight to the point. even though it was the busy part of the day Omar did not rush me and patiently showed me all he had to offer. after Melody complete my order who was equally helpful and nice. I would definitely become a regular here.

Best shop out there. And they have a special every other day whether it's 2 dabs for $5 on Wednesday's and Friday's, or eighth deals On other days.. captain jacks is the place to be!
