Beautiful shop, great location with lots of parking. Big selection. Pick-up available online or walk in. Many perks for customers, like taco day! Coffee bar open mon- fri, 10-5, with a legit barista (Starbucks quality). Point system available for returning customers.
After finding out I have cancer I wanted a dispensary that stocked the medical strains I need; got lucky with Capt. Jack's in Upland. Lots of help, cool people, discounts, no fake deals to get you in the door. So after they moved to San Berdoo I checked it out. You can't see the big sign if you drive east from Waterman (look for "Flesh Showgirls"), but it's actually easier to find first time than the old location. There's some traffic during rush hour, but not stop-and-go. Same quality products, same good people. If I need to find my meds with no hype or run around Capt Jack's is where I go.
As a "senior citizen" I feel very comfortable visiting this dispensary. The verity is awesome but at the same time a bit overwhelming. I would like to see a better description of the menu items making it easier to find the strains on leafly so I know how to select the mix I need for my needs. The service is great as long as you know what you want. But I give it 4 stars because its a comfortable place to go into.
Been coming here for years. I order online it’s quick and convenient. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Today my bud tender didn’t even ask my name he already had my online order ready and little things like that keep me coming back. And they have happy hour and a reward system.
