This is my second review. The quality of the meds and the pricing is still on point, nothing wrong about that. I am re-writing because of the customer service seems to just gone down hill. I cant ask questions without feeling like im "bothering" you. I have one specific person in mind that is the worst there, she acts like she hates answering my questions and when Im struggling to make a decision she is literally no help and she is the one to ring me up almost every time. When I walk in and get her, I just want to walk back out. This doesn't go for every employee, some of you are seriously fantastic. Everything else, keep up the good work.

Just picked up a 1/2 oz bag and when I opened it. It smelt absolutely rancid. I opened up one small nug and kept finding seed after seed after seed. I counted 28 seeds in one little bud. If this is the quality they are gonna be serving. I will take my business somewhere else.

the bud here is terrible. not worth the money.. Go to swell, its only around the corner and much better quality worth your money.

Got hosed again on the vape cartridges. Is it a supplier issue? Who knows. Gonna give them some slack and another chance since they've been cool in the recent past.

Chill atmosphere but they managed to screw up my FTP deal. I went once and from that one trip their POS system shows me returning twice on the same day (at times I can prove I was elsewhere) and tried not to honor the deal. Whatever went wrong with their POS sytem needs to be fixed. Won't be back.

Stop by this licensed dispensary a few days ago and let me say that the meds are great. Blue dreams #2 was fire. STOP BY MUST TRY MEDS.

Worst dispensary I've been to in 3 states. High prices for low quality meds. The half grams as people have previously said are all .1-.2 short. People need to always keep in mind this is a cannabis pharmacy. If Walgreens gave you 60% of the antibiotics you were supposed to get, they would be legally liable to correct it, as are these folks. Maintaining state licensure depends on following the law. You also wouldn't find a tip jar on the counter of any other pharmacy but you do here. Do they not pay there employees a living wage? They sure charge you for YOUR MEDICATION like they do.

The rso and shatter are really a step above all others I have tried. I've had my card 4 years and this is my favorite dispensary.

first time in here and let me tell you..... IT WAS AWESOME!! got some KK shatter, MK shatter, kk wax and some yummy flowers, great meds at amazing donations, great friendly people with a true caring nature for their patients and their knowledge of cannabis and its uses.

I like the donations and the selection. I got the snowcap special 225/oz and it was worth it. one of the best place to get mids.

This was our first time in a dispensary and we are first time card holders. So glad we came here. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere was chill. They had so many options and variety in products.! 10/10 would recommend!

Whole menu is low to mid Schwag! Unfortunately the prices arent a direct reflection of quality. Sad you feel this is acceptable. Let me predict your response.......... We apologize your experience wasn't a pleasant one. You are welcome to ask for a member of the management team and we would be happy to make sure we address your concerns. Thanks for the review.....Not sure about how they have so many full blown 5 star reviews, I think their staff writes their own reviews in their spare time.

Can you guys please stop putting shatter or waxy stuff in those containers you have does not work plzzzzz 3rd time not hard to scrape out n leaves wax behind plz put it in non stick paper

It's been 4 days since I lasted visited AZCS and I Just wanted to give a shout out to Arizona cannabis society for having the best wax\marijuana concentrate I have yet had from a dispensary. At first I thought the price was high but after price checking around it average during Specials/Deals and for the top Quality it's totally worth the cost. Highly recommended going expecally on discount days to Save $10off 1/2 gram to $20 off a full gram they also have affordable everyday BHO wax that is very good. This place never has weed or the special they advertise. I tried to give them a chance but Im done, I went in on sunday 100 ounce day said they where not honoring it again wow. Then the girl has the nerve to tell me In can pay 200 for the same shit wow. No weed no edibles here and when they do it is garbage weed that taste like pesticides buyer beware lots of way better places with inventory dont waste your time here.

I usto like this place till today. Worst customer service I ever seen. One person working for a store full of customers? Going somewhere else with my business.

Arizona Cannabis Society was the first dispensary I shopped after getting my card a few years ago, and they're still my first choice. A+ staff that greet you with a smile and help patients make informed choices,shout out to Tim! Love the selection and daily deals when I'm hurting but broke. See you guys again soon.

Went for a wax Wednesday special and bought 3.5 grams of wax and was not happy. Looked completely different then what was on there shelves. Wax was not purged long enough, strains crazy train/ napalm Og/ Tahoe express/ and last silver haze which was the only good wax out of the bunch, it had a really smooth hit and looked like good sugar/crumble wax. The napalm/Tahoe/crazy train were all miss leading and very soupy. Half of the wax was left on the paper and had BHO stains through the parchment paper. I did go in and make a complaint but they told me the wax was made by another place and they would "get me next time". And that I should "buy more expensive" product. This definitely wasn't my first visit.

Great variety of edibles, wax and bud to choose from here. Employees are great and very knowledgeable on the products they have there.
