I went in just the other day to get some flower this was my third time in and flower was old and smelled terrible. The first time wasn’t bad got some quality flower with a great FTP deal. So I went back the 2nd time and the quality wasn’t as good thought maybe I got a bad batch or something. The third time I should have just trusted my instinct but i thought to give them another chance. The flower looked ok from the package but when I opened them the smell was awful smelled like an old basement. The nugs had some brown spots and were really dry. A terrible experience and just feel ripped off even with the FTP deal.

I honestly believe you should treat everyone the same when it comes down to your menu yes I get it medical card holders get less of a tax which is koo but there’s more dispensary giving out deals like there med patients just saying

So iv been coming here for years and now that they have lines on bogo Friday I’m unable to stand up for a long period of time due to surgery so I asked if I can order online and come in and get it and that was a NO since this bogo sale This place has turned into crap and the quality of the flower is turning into crap dry breaks down way to easy due to it being dry does not taste good horrible taste burns fast high is t that great

I come to AZCS every week and spend $100s of dollars and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had today and truly makes me not want to come back. One of the new girl bud tenders had a terrible attitude, was not helpful and just straight up rude. Another issue I have is for the first time I wanted to use my points from all of the money I’ve spent here over the past year only to find out they didn’t input my number into their system for rewards, when I first came in for the first time last year…. I am so upset with the experience I had today, if you’re looking to get some weed with a side of attitude this is the place to shop.

This used to be my favorite place to go but have found out that my favorite budtender that I have been going to for over a year plus is no longer with them. Time to find a new place

poor selection. if your making a long drive to this place dont... they post deals then have a poor selection once you get there. they also won't take a pre-order either to confirm the availability of products. I would only shop here if it's absolutely convenient.

Been a patient at AZCS for 3 years now and won’t go anywhere else. The bud tenders are super helpful and break down how the deals work for each day and always help me pick the best deal for my budget! Their in house flower is bomb and they always come out with something new! I love that they don’t have recreational smokers clogging up the lines and are focused on patients! Thank you AZCS 🤘🏻

50$ for half gram of stiizy kind of ridiculous, Thought medical patients came first or so the motto says

And the bud tender up sold my mother to the wyld brand which she doesn’t need. 100mg for $20 is over priced for something to just say “real fruit” so now my mother is nervous to go back thinking she has to spend lots of money on things when she would have been fine with a $10 100mg bag. Exactly why I wanted to go back with her

great product if you know what to get.(2) service sales people unwilling to look up items without a problem.(3) they stay over half their medical people have left because of medical peoples issues (our behavior) and not the stores

The rso and shatter are really a step above all others I have tried. I've had my card 4 years and this is my favorite dispensary.

This dispensary is by far the the most helpful and comfortable shop to obtain your medication, lots of strains to choose from, and all at a good price. The crew at this shop are very helpful, and are very good at answering questions about the strains and effect on the body. Kosher Kush and Purple Kryptonite for me is their best strains keep up the good work guys. Thank you

Everything about ACS is phenomenal EXCEPT those concentrate prices! I mean $90/G come on! Patients over Profits.

$99 ounces are just a way to get you to come all the way out to El Mirage just to be told that they don't have any more $99 ounces and somebody else screwed up ... and then they try to upsell you on there other product that they only have grams or eighths of ... find a new store

Please explain the benefit of ordering online pickup when their is no express lane type approach dedicated to expediting my visit. It appeared i waited my turn in the same line as anyone else that stumbles in. Simply put, WTH is the benefit of online orders at azcs? You have a wonderful group of talented young people there, so get your heads out of.... and do it right, all the time, basic concept, if ordered ahead, make it quick to pick up, 10 mins max in and out would be reasonable.

Went for a wax Wednesday special and bought 3.5 grams of wax and was not happy. Looked completely different then what was on there shelves. Wax was not purged long enough, strains crazy train/ napalm Og/ Tahoe express/ and last silver haze which was the only good wax out of the bunch, it had a really smooth hit and looked like good sugar/crumble wax. The napalm/Tahoe/crazy train were all miss leading and very soupy. Half of the wax was left on the paper and had BHO stains through the parchment paper. I did go in and make a complaint but they told me the wax was made by another place and they would "get me next time". And that I should "buy more expensive" product. This definitely wasn't my first visit.

Worst dispensary I've been to in 3 states. High prices for low quality meds. The half grams as people have previously said are all .1-.2 short. People need to always keep in mind this is a cannabis pharmacy. If Walgreens gave you 60% of the antibiotics you were supposed to get, they would be legally liable to correct it, as are these folks. Maintaining state licensure depends on following the law. You also wouldn't find a tip jar on the counter of any other pharmacy but you do here. Do they not pay there employees a living wage? They sure charge you for YOUR MEDICATION like they do.

This was our first time in a dispensary and we are first time card holders. So glad we came here. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere was chill. They had so many options and variety in products.! 10/10 would recommend!

I love this place. My go to dispensary. the only thing i can say is the prices. I was talking with a few patients as we all waited. we all agreed that the prices are all way to high. I wish there was a dispensary in Arizona that could match those in other sates. With quality and value. If anyone could its AZCS, your guys are the best. KEEP IT UP !

I love Arizona Cannabis Society. The lounge area plays awesome reggae music. The bud tenders are caring, personable and friendly. The GDP and the Kosher Kush are fantastic! Thanks for the quality meds and service!!
