This wasn't the first time I was at this dispensary. Got an 8th of some concentrates and it was pretty hard getting it all off the wax paper, looked like sugar wax but that's definitely not what it looked like when we were showed the example! Supposed to be about "Patients first" but when we bring up the issue were supposed to "buy more expensive stuff." It's not about the money....the worker must've been having a bad day from the start, who knows. Hope nobody else goes through this, enjoy your meds!

I went last summer back and they recommended Blue Haze based on what I told them I was looking for. To this day it is my favorite strain but have not seen it available here in a while now. So I bought it at 2 other dispensaries and it doesn't even compare to the one here. Can't wait until you guys have it again. I will be stocking up. Also, while looking for something in my drawer I found some of the Blue Haze I bought here, it was a year old already. I smoked it & I swear it was still as good as when i bought.

Arizona Cannabis Society was the first dispensary I shopped after getting my card a few years ago, and they're still my first choice. Please explain the benefit of ordering online pickup when their is no express lane type approach dedicated to expediting my visit. It appeared i waited my turn in the same line as anyone else that stumbles in. Simply put, WTH is the benefit of online orders at azcs? You have a wonderful group of talented young people there, so get your heads out of.... and do it right, all the time, basic concept, if ordered ahead, make it quick to pick up, 10 mins max in and out would be reasonable.

Loving it at AZCS! Always fair pricing and the best possible customer service from every single person who works there. I couldn't be more impressed with this dispensary. Always recommended and always my #1 go-to spot in AZ!!

50$ for half gram of stiizy kind of ridiculous, Thought medical patients came first or so the motto says

I honestly believe you should treat everyone the same when it comes down to your menu yes I get it medical card holders get less of a tax which is koo but there’s more dispensary giving out deals like there med patients just saying

great product if you know what to get.(2) service sales people unwilling to look up items without a problem.(3) they stay over half their medical people have left because of medical peoples issues (our behavior) and not the stores

This place has great deals on house flower anything that’s not theirs is excluded from deals and any points/rewards you earn EXPIRE at the end of the year no questions asked, definitely one of the more selfish dispos here in AZ

And the bud tender up sold my mother to the wyld brand which she doesn’t need. 100mg for $20 is over priced for something to just say “real fruit” so now my mother is nervous to go back thinking she has to spend lots of money on things when she would have been fine with a $10 100mg bag. Exactly why I wanted to go back with her

You do recreational and this place I’m for sure charges you extra. Only place I’ve ever been to where they charge you almost $10 in taxes for $25 spent. You can go to another dispensary spend the same amount and get charged less in taxes.

My third visit. I was driving a few more miles away from Surprise to other dispensary locations to try different options. I was really happy with my choice to try ACS. The staff have been so friendly and informative. I didn’t feel so special tonight when I made my third visit. The bud tender who helped me seemed very annoyed and I felt very rushed and my anxiety kicked in. I asked about my discount for new customers. That was the trigger for him I guess? I was hoping he would suggest something new for me to try for the offered discounts on new customers. You know be a bud tender introduce me to something, be informative??? I was disappointed when he just took off $25dollars off my total balance. Wow. I might try another dispensary that helps me feel better. This dude should NOT be a tender if he treats everyone this way. do better, be kind to everyone

So iv been coming here for years and now that they have lines on bogo Friday I’m unable to stand up for a long period of time due to surgery so I asked if I can order online and come in and get it and that was a NO since this bogo sale This place has turned into crap and the quality of the flower is turning into crap dry breaks down way to easy due to it being dry does not taste good horrible taste burns fast high is t that great

Been a patient at AZCS for 3 years now and won’t go anywhere else. The bud tenders are super helpful and break down how the deals work for each day and always help me pick the best deal for my budget! Their in house flower is bomb and they always come out with something new! I love that they don’t have recreational smokers clogging up the lines and are focused on patients! Thank you AZCS 🤘🏻

Chill atmosphere but they managed to screw up my FTP deal. I went once and from that one trip their POS system shows me returning twice on the same day (at times I can prove I was elsewhere) and tried not to honor the deal. Whatever went wrong with their POS sytem needs to be fixed. Won't be back.

Their customer service over the phone was terrible. I called to ask about discounts (sorry I'm broke) and the operator was snide and didn't seem to want to help me- no, I wasn't asking for free stuff or trying to get a hook up. I don't plan on walking in this dispensary because their customer service was subpar before I even get there.

This dispensary is by far the the most helpful and comfortable shop to obtain your medication, lots of strains to choose from, and all at a good price. The crew at this shop are very helpful, and are very good at answering questions about the strains and effect on the body. Kosher Kush and Purple Kryptonite for me is their best strains keep up the good work guys. Thank you
