Awesome place. I'm from Phoenix so Idk when I'll be back but If I'm ever in the area again this place has great medicine and great customer service! The first time patient specials are amazing. Huge selection on everything you can think of. Definitely recommended!!

This is my second review. The quality of the meds and the pricing is still on point, nothing wrong about that. I am re-writing because of the customer service seems to just gone down hill. I cant ask questions without feeling like im "bothering" you. I have one specific person in mind that is the worst there, she acts like she hates answering my questions and when Im struggling to make a decision she is literally no help and she is the one to ring me up almost every time. When I walk in and get her, I just want to walk back out. This doesn't go for every employee, some of you are seriously fantastic. Everything else, keep up the good work.

People who work here are very friendly, explain everything thoroughly. Been to a lot of dispensaries and the prices here are very competitive, I spent less here and walked out with MORE meds then i would at most places.

When I used to go to AArch club, It was a non profit club instead of a state licensed dispensary. it was my FAVORITE spot in the valley for meds, they were seriously the best. Now, after receiving their state license and remodeling, the meds SUCK. These are the grossest meds Ive seen so far. It was seriously so hard to pick a strain, I had to pick the lesser of several evils in their selection. I was so disappointed I cant believe I didn't just walk right back out. Not to mention, I used to have a bunch of points on my account before they switched over to dispensary. My account was deleted and all my points were gone. I used to drive from Glendale just to come to this place, now I wouldn't drive around the block even if it were the only place open. I'm sorry, but it seems you guys lost it after the state licensing transition.

So far so good at the Giving Tree. My only complaint is the high pricing, which seems pretty average for dispensaries. The customer service is great, everyone is friendly and the medicine is all great top shelf. Francesco has been the only bud tender Ive dealt with so far and I thought he did a great job. I'll be back.

These places are NOT MEANT TO MAKE MONEY. You are an idiot to think other wise. Every compassion club there is a NON PROFIT club. That's the reason Onyx is portrayed as drug dealers, because unlike non-profit clubs they salivate at the thought of ripping you off at any chance they get. Onyx is not an honest club with honest prices, sketchy and rude employees as well. The positive reviews trying to discredit negative reviews, you're in the wrong and just trying to become butt-buddies with Onyx, or you work here. I will never ever be back to Onyx. They don't deserve honest patients.
