A great recreational sativa dominant strain that I find gives me the giggles every time. Medium green chicken tender nugs with a sweet smell and sweeter taste. Not necessarily top shelf by todays standards but skunk 1 will always have a time and place. Its price makes it even more worth it.
Beautiful flowers of a bright green covered in trichomes, gave me a potent head high with a relaxed but energetic body buzz that was great for anytime of day.
After hitting a bowl I feeling it quick, Very active high, you mind doesnt stop going but I do know hitting it too hard (3 bowls), the tripy 3rd person feeling comes in. SO you can go as high as you like really, love it so far.

For "REAL"-- Skunk #1 - Where o where is the real skunk? The sticky icky as if you had just ran over an entire family of skunks?! If u tell me this actually exists, as a legal AZ cardholder… come on--WHERE is it? it doesn't exist as the strain it used to be, genetics gone forever...!
Although made widely available by Sacred Seeds, Skunk #1 got its name from its creator, Larry the Skunkman. The strain is 50% Colombian gold, 25% Alcopulco Gold, and 25% Afghani #1. This true breeding, stable strain was created in California, and brought to Amsterdam in 1977 by Larry. Being stable, there are no Phenotypes therefore no “Versions” of Skunk #1. Being so old and so widely regarded, only if you have a reputable source or start from a breeder seed pack will you know you are getting true Skunk #1. Sensi seed Bank and Dutch Passion still has the original available. The first variety I ever grew to harvest successfully, in 1996…
The smell always slays me and I feel I can get anything done that I need to after having this.
This strain is popular for a reason. Just a nice high to relax and enjoy anything.
Skunk always has been and always will be a great strain. Its super sticky and smelly and has that old school creeper high. And remember just cause some joe hands u a bag and says its skunk, doesnt mean it was grown, dried, or cured properly. Or with the corret lights, soil, nutes, temps, ect. Doesnt even mean its really skunk. This stain was the reason the term sticky icky was created.
