Once, I recieved a promotional text mentioning $4 full grams for the day. When I walk in, I'm told that the promotion was incorrect and that they didn't have any grams in house that were that price. I was then offered higher priced items for sale. Another time, I place an order online for a full gram joint (didn't need much, was going on a hike) when I walked in, I was told that there were printing issues, but if I knew what I ordered, he could grab it for me. I told him. And he brought me a half gram joint under the same strain. I told him that what I ordered online mentioned it was a full gram joint. He apologized and told me it was incorrect, but he could get me another one. Thus, up charging my original order. I'm not suggesting there's a problem with the folks who work there, but with the service and corresponding detail. I also sense that it could be a marketing ploy to get people in the shop, only to have to buy more products to fit their original needs. It's incredibly frustrating, and it wastes my time when I could be headed to another location with fair deals and better product.

Excellent set up with a mixture of menus, prices, and a museum-like atmosphere. Don't let the outside throw you off! The inside is super classy. The budtenders are well versed in their trade and can answer any question you have effiently. Definitely coming back for some more of their amazing deals.

They really make you feel like royalty here, wide selection of products and very decent prices! Lots of free parking!! Had a very friendly gal named Harley help me, and she recommended dabstract wax and I can say I was not let down. Definitely making this my weekly regular spot!

I really like this place. I specially like the bud tenders, they were really polite, and they really explained everything really good. All the bartenders are really good.

I have bad anxiety when it comes to the places I go, so I usually pick one place and stick with it. However, I drove past Diego Pellicer and noticed a clean storefront with good privacy and a well-lit open room for me to have my personal space. Upon entering, I noticed that the display cases were nicely appointed and arranged, and the staff made me feel so comfortable. I chose Virginia Company's Blueberry after the staff recommended it, and I'm headed back today to get some more!

I went late at night. There was no line. I placed my order through LEAFLY. They gave me a very good deal on my order. Take the time to join the loyalty program it is worth it. Some things that were disappointing were some things were not labeled correctly between the menu and product I wanted. I was looking forward to some Blueberry Headband but then it ended up being Blueberry Sour instead. I ended up passing and got some high quality OG Kush tho, which I really enjoyed. I enjoyed the layout of the store. It was a bit smaller than I thought. Overall, I enjoyed my experience.

One of the most amazing places i've ever been to, the design inside is top of the mark and second to none, Great quality cannabis, amazing glass and accessories, and the staff is knowledgable and friendly,an overall warm comfortable experience in a very high end looking location that is very welcoming and delightful on the eyes! Definitely the only place id go to pick up any cannabis products!

The decor and atmosphere is refreshing. I drove by a few weeks ago and told myself I would have to make a special trip. Staff were patient, and buds were fresh. What more can one ask for?!

I was way overcharged for their pre-4/20 deal for the Leafly pickup. Was 30%off like they said but the prices were a lot different from your app. Followed by the tax and then insists on a 10% 15%or 20% tip. It’s a good bait and switch, then tip me for my time.

I would absolutely visit here again. Plus the deals are out of this world for above average selection. You won't be disappointed!

If your looking for somewhere that carries the best brands in WA, its here. Seattle's Private and Gold Leaf galore! Be prepared to spend, but also to be blown away by the atmosphere and service.

Great service and variety.

Stopped in for my first visit today and was extremely impressed with both the quality offered and the knowledge of the budtender who helped me out, Anthony. This guy knew his stuff, and provided some awesome recommendations to compliment what I already had in mind. It’s always great when you know your budtender actually smokes and knows what top shelf is - I’m so tired of going to other stores and getting low quality recommendations to move their old inventory. Not here! They also offered a 20% discount for first time customers who sign up for their rewards. Members get 15% off every time they shop - these guys want your business (multi-state with lots of 💸) and I’m happy to oblige. Overall great experience and I will most certainly be integrating this place into my usual stops!

Down home friendly service in an upscale surrounding. Lavish interior surpassed of only of goods (& people) inside! 5 stars!

The atmosphere was grand, with high vaulted ceilings, product light up behind wood molded glass walls and cases, and 6(?) registers with budtenders. I went in looking for a specific product, that they did not have. This was astonishing given the variety of products. One of the tenders assisted me and recommended another option, which was budget friendly. This store offered veteran, senior and member discounts (consisting of telling them your phone number). The member prices were listed next to the products and were several dollars cheaper than non member. The tender also recommended a nice coffee shop to relax at, which was greatly appreciated.
