The location is great, easy access, I only wish the staff was as engaging with the customers as they were with each other. From the moment I walked in to the moment I purchased a pre roll, no staff member ever acknowledged me or the other customers, they seemed too busy chatting to be concerned with their guest, I am in customer service,and this location provide zero percent satisfaction on that level. It is also the first dispensary that I haven't been carded at, granted I definitely look older than 21, dont think too many millenials dye their beards gray to look older, concerning none the less when the security @ the door just smiled and waved @ me as I walked in, perhaps too much product testing on the job, who knows. I can't say I will return, I like to shop at various locations to share the love, but I only return to stores that wow me, this is definitely not on my list anymore.

PRICES ON MENU ARE NOT THE SAME AS PRICES CHARGED IN STORE!!!! I use to use this store regularly but will never be shopping there again. I came in today to get my usual gram of oil for 8.50 as listed on their menu only to be informed that they have switched owners and are now charging 12 unless you are part of the loyalty program. IF YOU WERE PART OF THE LOYALTY PROGRAM BEFORE YOU HAVE BEEN WIPED AND HAVE TO SIGN UP AGAIN THANKS TO THE NEW OWNERS. After hearing this i prompty grabbed my cash and id off the counter and left the store. I will never be returning and will be telling everyone who will listen about the shady ways this place is listing their prices and doing business.

Full disclosure: I love this place and they have some of the best products. Their budtenders know their stuff and their buyers are clearly top notch. They keep great bud in stock, even in strengths high enough for medical users. I particularly like the Artizen Distillate cartridges that are very potent and affordable here. My issue with this store is the design makes it hard to get questions asked about the bud when it's in front of you. The store is set up like a jewelry store where you can see everything on display. It's amazing! Unfortunately, you have to do this weird line up like you're at McDonalds to get service, making you feel more like you're there for a transaction than a conversation. This is a great format for the person just coming in and buying, but it's not great for someone who wants guidance or information. They could up their game by having a roaming customer service rep to answer questions on the floor or a "question booth" where people could line up if they wanted to get more information.

Diego Pellicer in Sodo is my new favorite pot shop in Seattle. It is very clear that they are setting the standard for an elevated experience of purchasing marijuana. While in the store I was made to feel at home- warm smiling faces, helpful staff members that patiently and happily answered my questions, and an exquisite storefront. I was able to shop at my own leisure, never feeling rushed. This store is the Neiman Marcus of cannabis shops and I can guarantee that they have my business for life!

There is plenty of other cannabis shops to go to. I’m never going to this one! They suck, rip people off. Act like they know what they are taking about. Hahaha. Garage weed!

This place definitely is a one of a kind dispensary. That is said with ease just by pulling in the lot at studying the elaborate art covering the N. wall once inside everything is behind glass and you really do a majority of your selection through the bud tender(but they have Lil paper & pencils to take notes as you look around, and belive me you will be in awww. The Glass Cabinets got to the ceiling. So #getlifted and enjoy! P.S. Diego's try and keep your PAX Era cartridge section fully stocked PLEASE!

I got some amazing tangie here, and also a $15 1/8th, which was a steal. A very classy looking place. Parking lot is a little tight but hey, at least they have parking! All in all a good place and I enjoyed my visit. Security is friendly too :)

Diego is no more- this is now Zips. The products are over priced and terrible. The atmosphere is eerie... So sad to see DP turn into this.

My 1st dispensary ever!! The place alone, then the staff exceeded alll of my expectations. Ended up taking home a little bit of everything! Was absolutely blown away by the variety, and how beautiful some of the strains were. Diego Pellicer is my first, and only pot shop!

Holy smokes, be prepared to be blown away by this store!! I have never seen a cannabis store set up like this and look so beautiful. I felt like I was in a high end jewelry store. It was a very welcoming experience from start to finish. The staff is incredibly friendly and so willing to help answer any questions you may have. Definitely coming back here!! Best shop in SODO hands down.

Gorgeous establishment! You guys really gave me a unique experience. The budtenders answered all my questions and recommended items that I may have never tried . That AK 48 was fire! I'll be back soon with some friends.

My experience at Diego was nothing short of fantastic. They have a great selection of products, friendly staff that were more than willing to help and provide some jokes, and on top of that I left with some amazing hash. Not to mention Leafly Pick-Up allowed me to reserve what I wanted ahead of time and made everything a breeze! Thanks to the DP team! I'll definitely be back soon.

Hands down the best outlet for all things marijauna. Taking the establishment, basic, frilly nilly stores and one upping them in grand fashion. This place is the real deal. The staff won't BS you into buying 8 month old dried up flower... Because they don't have any on hand. All fresh quality prod. Highly recommend. Pun somewhat intended.

Amazing!!! Visitor to Seattle and went to so 3 other shops and could not find THC-A crystalline, you had it and more. I'm in love with this shop.

Let's just start by saying yeah it's gorgeous, warm and welcoming inside and out. I've come to Diego Pellicer a few times since they've opened and they've become my favorite over the past few visits. They do some great deals I haven't seen matched in the area, and they provide a nice range of affordable buds when I'm in a pinch like today, Derric helped me out big time sort through and find something that would work in my price range. BUT it's also a cool place to splurge at too. Since moving from California I haven't seen too many unique forms of flower like 'moon rocks' but I've seen them here! Take your time and ask questions, they're really knowledgeable and not intimidating at all.

This is it. This is how all dispensaries should be. You walk in there and it's like A RitzCarton hotel lobby. Beautiful space, amazing selection and great prices. My new go to spot for Seattle!

Omg! I just did that long review earlier. Well, here's another one. I just opened one of the bags I purchased from Friday night and it was dry! It was str8farms purple romulan, on the back it said harvest date 10/2016.... the flowers were dried and I just pinch it and it crumbles. NOT OK! Definitely not shopping here anymore. 25% off is not worth it!

Fantastic dispensary, I got helped out immediately and the budtender was very helpful. The variety of products is amazing as well, I will def be back !
