A nice place. As soon as you walk in, you already know this is a classy place. The budtenders are relaxed, non-pretentious and were very helpful. I walked out of the shop pleased with my purchases.

I was overwhelmingly unimpressed by This location. Staff was unfriendly/unresponsive to questions. The selection and quality was fine, but this being the “high end” establishment I was really underwhelmed. Maybe you have better stuff but your staff sucks so hard that your clientele can’t find it. There are much better places in Seattle to get your weed. Don’t get sucked in by their SEO for “high end cannabis Seattle”, it’s worse than most of the pack.

After today I'm not likely to return. I did an online order and checked it since the last couple times there have been errors. Today was no different, yet I catch it before I left the store. The young lady assisting me was very nice & went over/beyond to fix the issue. Now the "Manager" was a different story he was rude, lacked good customer service skills & when I asked for the receipt to very all was correct he had the nerve to make a smart ass remark. Not cool @ all. Train up your staff. It definitely is different from the previous owners. And not really for the Better. Angela js still there, and my favorite. And the young lady assisting me today (Didn't catch her name, she had a patch on her eye).

budtenders that don't know basic products. I went in asking for a product, she had no idea what I was talking about so instead of asking or trying to find me the information she just suggested whatever was in front of her. top notch salesmanship...

This place is incredible! Surely one of the best looking, top notch marijuana dispensary I have been to. As soon as you walk inside, it feels like a palace of gold and green. The budtenders are very welcoming and have a wonderful presence. However, one of the products I purchased was disappointing. I purchased two gold leaf joint and both sadly tipped. I suggest ditching gold leaf haha. Thanks Diego pellicer.

This is my new go to spot. Parking is easy, the displays and decor are upscale and prices are clearly marked. The budtender that helped me, Jordan, was super knowledgeable, friendly, and patient in helping me select my buds and concentrate. And on top of all that, their prices are great! Do yourself a favor and check this spot out.

Great atmosphere and beautiful interior. Products are available on display in nice cases. The place exudes luxury but the prices are affordable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Picked up a cartridge and a small vaporizer. Will be back.

This is the direction it's going. I don't know if its a good thing or bad thing. The music was terrible, think LA retail abercrombie and Fitch... the bud selection is ok...but the top shelf is a bit handicapped in my opinion. Prices were pretty good overall but I was in on their %50 off day... the best purchase I made was purple punch. the bubba kush was ok.

Staff is always helpful and kind, willing to listen to you and help find the product you want.

This place is great! The have some of the best quality product and are always helpful. The store is beautiful and easy to find what you need. Fantastic prices and hella good weed keep me coming back.

Last 2 times ordered via Leafly, the product I ordered wasn't available. Was asked if I wanted to switch to a different one.

Ive only been here a couple times, the building is nice, exterior is nice but its hard to see except for the sign holder, the interior looks like a museum and the staff are nice and helpful not just salesmen it feels genuine walking in like a mom and pop establishment. and 4 star quality isnt because ive gotten anything bad out of there yet but havent tried enough variety to give a full 5 star yet

They had a Leafly red carpet line that I stood in while they helped others choose their items. I waited 15 minutes while 2 clerks waited on 6 others before waiting on me. I had ordered here and my order was waiting but they don't give any special treatment for Leafly line. 2nd time this has happened. I like their bud but I won't bother to place my order on LEAFLY anymore.
