I love Zen Leaf! Great staff that really know the product and are educated on the properties. My favorite staff member is Lo! Her vibe is hella chill, upbeat and bubbly. Lo always recommends me the BEST bud! 🙌😊 - Olivia, the girl in scrubs

Went on one of the first recreational sales days. Shopping outside Chicago, this was the most stress-free experience I've had buying since legalization in January. Make sure you try and get Tori as your budtender- she's 5 stars too!

No lines at all. Prices higher than other places. I really dislike the fact that they sold me an opened package of RSO. I bought two half grams of RSO and one of them was opened and USED. ONE WHOLE ML WAS MISSING AND THE STICKER WAS TORN. Since you can’t see the product before buying them and since there isn’t an honor system or returns, I paid $77 for 9/10ths a gram rather than getting two full .5g syringes. The other half gram syringe was full to the .5 mark without an air bubble, but the one was sitting at .4ml with a giant air bubbles and they were both the exact same product. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

ZenLeaf is a Family to me, every Bud tender knows me by name and we all follow each other on Social media. I review Strains on YouTube and my dispensary loves me and I love going. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else as my house Dispo.

I absolutely love this place! The facility is clean and organized. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a good variety of product and I love that I can use my debit card for purchases.

St Charles IL location- If you like waiting 2 hours to get your drugs then go here! Plus all the employees are sick with the VIrus and the company doesn't seem to care. Pretty sad. Sad to see sick employees working because they can't stay home. Find a better dispensary that's properly staffed and cares about their employees. I will never support a company who doesn't take care of their employees health.

I have been a loyalty member for months now and have easily spent thousands at this location. Today I went in to purchase a cartridge and a pre roll my total was 101. I had 94. on my card and 10 in cash. with a 3.00 service charge to my card that would make it 94...yet the budtender told me she had to round it up to 95...which wasnt possible considering I only had 94 present. This has never happened before an due to this error I was unable to make my purchase. Complete BS. This Sh** needs to be fixed asap. you are all ready making mad tax off us, a damn extra dollar service charge are you kidding me??? on top of a 3$ charge all ready? As an everyday customer I am very unhappy with this situation at hand. I was also not able to go to another dispensary because once your in one you cant purchase at another..stupid illinois rules. Not Happy at all with this experience.

Best menu in the state and more importantly the best PEOPLE. Bud master Chelsie rocks-strain specialist, inventory knowledgeable and FUN! It is fun to watch Budmaster Chelsie expertly and kindly help the newcomer and with equal expertise help the Zen veteran. The people and inventory set Zenleaf clearly at the forefront in Chicagoland.
