Zen Leaf - St. Charles (Rec)

No lines at all. Prices higher than other places. I really dislike the fact that they sold me an opened package of RSO. I bought two half grams of RSO and one of them was opened and USED. ONE WHOLE ML WAS MISSING AND THE STICKER WAS TORN. Since you can’t see the product before buying them and since there isn’t an honor system or returns, I paid $77 for 9/10ths a gram rather than getting two full .5g syringes. The other half gram syringe was full to the .5 mark without an air bubble, but the one was sitting at .4ml with a giant air bubbles and they were both the exact same product. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

This is the only dispensary I will go to, to get my medicine. The staff is great and welcoming. Sparks helped me out today and was very helpful on helping me pick medicine that would be good for me. Zen Leaf St. Charles is great!

Everyone at Zenleaf is super friendly and knowledgeable. They even gave me a folder with a bunch of info on how to pick the right product and how much I could order within a 2 week time period on my first visit. My Budtender, Anthony, was a pleasure to work with. It was my first med visit and he gave me great recommendations. I will absolutely be returning to this spot in the near future.

I absolutely love this place! The facility is clean and organized. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a good variety of product and I love that I can use my debit card for purchases.

I love it at zen leaf all the staff have a lot of knowledge, the place is always up beat an positive its a great place to go for the best products and brands in illinois and are always stocked which is REALLY important they have a great system where you can get in there quickly but have great service and they take the time to answer any questions

My visit today was one of the best. Unfortunately I did have to wait outside as medical for a little bit do to lack of bud tenders on hand. I am a understanding individual and I am patient so I understood. Once I got inside I was happy to be served by the same bud tender I had from a recent time. She wears a yoda pin on her lanyard. Sorry I dont have her name. She has been the best and Zenleaf is very lucky to have her serving thier customers. Well today they had a wheel to spin depending on how much money you spend. I received one spin and she landed it on 20% off one item. I couldn't believe it, she had to actually let the manager know and put in the discount. I had two items in my cart and the manager and bud tender gave the 20% off on my larger item. Superb customer service and energy brought alive at Zenleaf. Now if they can offer more volume options for flower and get rid of Dry Verano and bring in Ariez, Columbia Care and Revolution that be even better options. Thank you Zenleaf and your team for serving us proudly.

There's a call center representative by the name of Rolan who took the time the call each individual dispensary to try to find what I was looking for I've never experienced such great customer service in my life thanks again

Katrina was absolutely phenomenal. She remembered me from many years ago and was instantly able to rekindle that connection and I am so grateful to have ran into here her. Every time I see her good energy it makes me feel so at home. I came in one time before this and her customer service makes me want to come back again and again! Amazing time thanks to Katrina! Super amazing atmosphere too! 10/10 would recommend :)

I worked with Casey on my visit here. Extremely helpful and knowledgable.... awesome person to work with. It was a bit chaotic there with the long wait (covid-19 induced) and slow getting into the dispensary. I recommend using the pre-order and curbside pickup to save time if you know what you want to buy.

Ariel was really awesome, helpful and patient and I really enjoyed the overall atmosphere and vibes all around.

I love it here, very professional atmosphere and great weed. when i leave i am just so happy. my FAVORITE worker there is Gabe. i think hes new to zen leaf but he is an amazing worker! he is so kind and very smart about the products zen leaf sells. i always feel welcomed and i know i will get my needs met with gabes amazing suggestions! i can see that he wants everyone who shops there to be satisfied. Gabe is really good at upselling the products too! this man needs a raise!

This place is my go to! I used to go to Earth Med in Addison but the staff, product and parking all changed for worse. Once I switched to Zen Leaf in St. Charles I have always able to get what I need. The budtenders are personable and helpful. On my last visit my budtender, Lo, was THE BEST!

Zenleaf has an overall joyful crew and atmosphere. Ru helped me with my purchase today and she was very cheerful and made my experience fantastic.

This is the best place! I was helped with getting everything together for my medical card in a timely and professional manner. Everyone there is super kind and helpful and always recommends excellent products for what I am looking for. I seem to usually get LO as my bud tender and she is absolutely amazing.
