Zen Leaf - Mesa

I love this place.... However new security guard today. She was very rude and Im kinda disappointed. Everyone at this dispensary from reception to sales are always so friendly and respectful. Security guard needs people skills and training. 4/7/21 11:40am.

i came to Territory Dispensary a couple of days ago and all I have to say is this place is A1. The service , the safety precautions , the scenery were all top notch. Travis helped me as a strain consultant and he was an amazing worker. I would definitely recommend this place to all & im so happy to be right around it.

Budtender Trey is rude and doesn’t care about patients. He acts like he doesn’t have time to address questions or concerns. Glad I didn’t tip. I’d avoid this location. Matter of fact, I’d avoid going to Zen Leaf if this is how they allow their employees to treat patients.

with the fact that I got 2 emails different prices. I called and she can't find me and she wasn't even at the store. she had no idea what was going on. I didn't bother with coming for my stuff.

Rather drive to next block save 30 dollars at harvest ur 30% off but some how made it back in taxes haha

I have been a buyer since day one of grow sciences and I picked up what was supposed to be a half ounce of Biggs animal cake from Zen leaf in Mesa. These are clearly not bigs and are the popcorn. very disappointed that they advertise these as bigs very not cool and I'm very disappointed. Not with you guys but with Zen leaf and them advertising them as bigs. If I would’ve known it was the popcorn I wouldn’t have bought it. Buyer beware they did a bait and switch.

60 an eighth? Talk about corporate greed jeesh. I noticed not one bad review. That's some cherry picking there! Where do you justify 5-10 dollars more for the same growers products at other dispensaries? What a rip!

hands down the best strains and service if experienced in the states. if you get T.L. your in great hands. I recommend the Monkeys

My bud tender Zach was beyond helpful and was so nice, he apologized for my inconvenience yesterday and made sure I wanted to come back next time.

Mesa territory dispensary in Mesa is the best I love it it's great Chandler is awesome too but I like to make it out here to see the people and the green.

Service was awesome, very quick considering our situation . Daniela went above and beyond for me today. W/out me asking , She not only made sure they honored the free 1/8th deal of spending 125 $ + but she went and spoke to her manager to see if I could get 1/4 because I spent over $300. The other Locations have never honored that deal because of the brand of flower I purchased. So kudos to this Location, your better than the other two.

This location opened up in The Most convenient spot! Literally RIGHT between the corners of Country Club 202 and McKellips 101, on the way to my partner's job and so close to our house!! I've been a loyal customer here for several months now, pretty much since the day they opened i think, and i've stayed loyal thru the pandemic protocols, which they handled sooo well! The shop is pristine and clean and the displays are very easy to read. i find some dispensaries are a bit too dark (black floors and walls + dim lighting), and i can't read the displays because my eyes suck lol. but this place is super well lit - tho definitely not blindingly! I feel safe and respected every time I visit; the staff are very friendly - LGBT-friendly too ofc 🏳️‍🌈! Dont be afraid to let them know if you want to be called by certain pronouns or a name different from your card. Theyre super understanding and kind about it. Thats something i worry about a lot, esp since this is Arizona lol. Here you don't need to worry! I haven't had much in the way of occasion to ask questions about strains because of online ordering during the pandemic, but so far the few times i have i've been very satisfied with the suggestions i've been given!! Heaven forbid i ever remember anyone's names but literally everyone i've ever made any sort of verbal contact with has been intelligent to the point of humorous wit and a great conversational partner, no matter how few moments we have to chat. I've had experiences with budtenders knowing nothing about terpenes or even CBD and who aren't up-to-date on the research - but thats not the kind of budtender you'll find at Territory. They know their stuff! ah, i could seriously ramble until the end of time. i love this place. tip your budtenders 💕😁

Today was my first visit, and i did curbside pick up. I had the best bud tender take care of me and gave me the best service . Hook me up with some BLUEDREAM one of my favorites !! I definitely recommend this location I’ll be back and will become a regular!!

Poor customer service

My last HORRID experience with ZEN, I'm disabled use a wheelchair and terminally ill and the topper a black out seizure disorder, the HELL began when we tried to park, [ been shopping here once a week they know me] we couldn't find the handicap placcard we were using my son's car, we were approached by the security guard had to move the car which put me in a VERY UNSAFE SITUTATION, just what your policy is suppose to protect ZEN? I was put into a position where I could be in danger just so your policy could be enforced, and then I was told by the manager I could take my business elsewhere because I tried to point out to him it was dangerous for me to be wheeled thru the blindspot parking lot he just got very irritated and started lashing out at me really? I have managed several businesses in my day and needless to say this would never even had a job with me no social skill at all walked away childish behavior I could go on but I've run out of words so this boomer is taking her bread and butter money and spending it where I'm treated with respect.
