I’ve been coming here for sometime and each time I come it seems to get busier and busier. I’m happy my local dispo is becoming more popular, all the bud tenders give each patient their time and are so lovely to talk to.

Prices are as high as quality so that’s not a problem but I didn’t get a discount for my first time and they were so scrambled.

9 people working but only 3 people actually working. long wait with 2-3 patients. When I picked out flower for the first time patient deal they later said certain 1/8s are excluded (not pinnacle) even though they are in the same tier. budtender agreed it made no sense but said it was out if his control. I will not be back.

SUCKY manager, Sabrina and even worse online order experience. Placed my Pickup order #8584196 at 3:48 pm, received confirmation via text and leafy order was processing. At 9pm my order was still not confirmed. I called multiple times attempting to confirm but only got the call center and spoke with Greg who confirmed my order was still pending, and said y’all was busy but had the items in stock. So trusting that I drove from North Scottsdale to Mesa only for Sabrina to insist my order was never received, they had no Drip sativa in stock, nor would they discount a higher tier to accommodate the inconvenience. LOL. Definitely my first and last time visit as I am super unzenned right now. Boooo

I go to this dispensary at least four times a week. They have amazing Bud tenders who carry on great conversations and don't make you feel uncomfortable and also have great recommendations on products. I love the venom extracts and I love the flower options they have. Would rate this a 10 out of 10

Let me start by saying I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS! I’m huge into heavy Indica, preferable flour. Not only was the quality top notch (Gorilla Glue and Orange Bud X OG Kush) but the customer service was phenomenal. Thanks Territory! I have found my new home dispensary!!

He even offered other things I may like based on my answers. I will definitely be coming back to this location! Top notch customer service, very clean, great selection!

Nice place! Not pretentious though, they have knowledgeable, friendly budtenders with a great flower selection, and even offer gluten free edibles.

I had an amazing first experience here. It’s such a beautiful new location and so well stocked. The budtender was also fantastic helping me find everything I need. I highly recommend making it a regular go to dispensary!

Today got the hi klass wax as a FTP and it tastes like it has non cannabis terps in it. it tastes too fruity and menthol with no skunky (weed) flavor.I don't know for sure but it tastes a lot like cbd wax which uses the same NON-cannabis terpenes. I mean the sugarwax was good looking but doesn't even taste like the strains. the purple punch tastes like strong menthol and I've had that strain several times it's never tasted like that.

What I liked about my visit was the speed of service. The quality of the bud, so far, has been really stoney stuff! Good prices, even better deals. Seriously, these dudes ain't paying me to say ANY of this, I'm telling you the truth about them. Now for the staff, no joke, they was all kool, that tripped me out a bit. The store was clean in and out!! Enjoy your visit! P.S. There was nothing to dislike. I've been picking apart the whole sequence of events, I can't find any moment during my visit when something was out of place or rubbed me the wrong way. A real top notch team! Thank you!!

usually just go for the bogos but the other day I went in on a Sunday placed an order got confirmation that my order was ready. I went in there to pick up after i called and asked and said my order was ready so I was confirming they said yes when I got there my medication was not available they were trying to give me something else and they said oops lol this was kind of messed up also two other people who went in front of me while I was waiting in line patiently even the security guard was like this guy's in line. disappointed in this place now
