I bought an ounce on 7/14. My allotment was charge for my 28 g and an additional 15g. When I reported this error, both Jose budtender and Cody the manager were reluctant to admit their mistakes and told me I should have checked my allotment within 3 days. Bum and unhelpful customer service. I was chastised like the error was mine. What a disorganized establishment.
I love this place.... However new security guard today. She was very rude and Im kinda disappointed. Everyone at this dispensary from reception to sales are always so friendly and respectful. Security guard needs people skills and training.
