First AZ dispensary visit and it was absolutely amazing. Comparing this to the dispensary experience in Chicago, which is like going into a bank, it was completely night and day. The service was amazing the staff super friendly. Happy to answer and questions or educate you if you had time or would like. Again it was my first time in but I really don’t see a need to find another place. Good deals even if it is not your first time. Absolutely will recommend!

Employees are always polite and ready to help with any question. Social distancing in the lobby. And the guy at the front desk was very polite.

I normally have a great experience here. one of the few places where I feel like I'm getting hooked up. I was excited to celebrate this made up holiday today. Leafly advertised 20% off flower and today, 10/20, being the last day. I went out of my way, past three other dispensaries, to stop here only to be told they wouldn't honor it. I was told I needed to double check the Territory website to be sure the discounts on leafly are correct. As a patient that is too much work when deciding where to go. I'll come back, because they've got good flower. But I'm super salty about my visit today.
When I got there they tried to say the deal was for shake only but I showed them the screenshot of it saying small buds they were able to honor that as a one time discount so I'm really glad they honor their pricing
Usually fine when I go there but they didn’t have what I ordered online when I got there and the other options didn’t cut it. Waste of a trip 🤬
Horrible service. Incredibly unhelpful with simply trying to find out if an online was received. Front desk couldn’t ask anyone for help, she couldn’t transfer a call, the manager was to busy to speak to me, front desk was too busy scanning cards to transfer a call or ask an employee a question. When I asked how to find out if an order was received if I can’t ask anyone I was told, “I don’t know, see if the charge hit your bank account?”

This is the only dispensary I've been to and i've been to damn near all in the eastvalley that when you order a pickup they won't let you add something as little as a pre roll to your order when you get there and make you go back and get in line to get it instead of talking 2 little Steps and reach to grab it when your already at the register. Makes no sense and reminded me why i like going to Bliss just down the road.
Place is a hot mess. Zero energy in here either. A dead, corporate-weed kind of vibe. Nobody working here looks like they want to be working here.
I like coming here because besides all the other 5 stars you can find some real good prices also! I’m never in there very long waiting. I also use online ordering which is even easier. Last thing, my wife and I both love their Opal strain when it’s in. If I could I’d have them send me a notification next time it comes in. It would be a great thing to add to your website.
Had a question about the wi fi an a budtender that already seen me taking my sweet ass time like I do when I shop as a low budget med patient. so she sees line forming an she is taking on a lot of these cx really in an out an I'm not so had the nerve to rudely say that there is no wi fi as me an Jason my trusted budtender trying to figure it out. either way Vibe was weird an rushy from both all of a sudden. maybe I'm just a pestimitic cause I had a comment back about her remark which was ( no wi fi) when she rudely interrupted not in a helpful way either but like no you can't redeem the points you wanted today hurry tf up ppl. not in here as often as others cause this Vibe is more common these days.. wish knew her name but no bueno experience with that person.
There isn’t a separate line for medical! Literally the only dispensary I have been to in the valley that doesn’t. I had to wait in line for 15 minutes after a major issue with the atm (manager was as helpful as he could be), with a migraine, pins and needles running through my arms, and my heart racing from the atm issue. Manager gave me a free pre roll because I no longer had money to purchase what I needed. Atm crashed and took my money out of my account without giving it to me. Highest thc pre roll % they had was 11% and as a medical patient, that won’t touch my pain. So incredibly upset!

I appreciate how attentive my budtender was. My last visit he took time to read my review and understood my concerns. He did exactly what I asked when it came to packaging to make it easier for me to open because of my carpal tunnel. Each time I come here, I learn something new. Thank you for everything you do

Service was fairly poor budtender was not very helpful what so ever.. also on a day that everything is BOGO how do you tun out of all most everything by noon i came in at 11:20 and there was little to no products on shelves what a joke dont waste time go to Mint for your deals trust me

Terrible experience. I have been here three times in all three times they have charged me recreational prices after scanning my med card. This time, I waited 15 minutes in their “express” line. After getting to my car I looked at my receipt and realized it seems they yet again charged me the recreational tax which was $16. I went back inside and the woman at the reception desk very rudely told me I needed to wait in line again before they could even tell me if there was a mistake made. She said she can’t see the transaction on her computer yet refused to get anyone to help me. Wouldn’t let me skip to the front since I already waited once. So I waited in line another 15 minutes for them to give me my money back. A total of 40 minutes to pick up an online order.
Girl who was doing online was extremely rude. Acted impatient with me and shoved the bag into my hand when leaving.
Shes been very rude to me more than a couple times and im now kinda tired of it.
Got some trash prerolls after I asked to get the best for my buck. Trubliss would never give me some harsh ass bullshit 17 percent. It tastes trash and was obviously something they were just trying to get rid of. Turns out I could’ve got a half for less. Great.
I have been a customer for many years and have made a lot of purchases over past year. I was informed this last visit that I have not received any loyalty points for any of my purchases over the past year despite having registered for the Zen Leaf plus app. I have received loyalty points for years prior. None of the employees could tell me why I was not accruing any points. Extremely frustrating experience when I’m a loyal customer.
