I appreciate how attentive my budtender was. My last visit he took time to read my review and understood my concerns. He did exactly what I asked when it came to packaging to make it easier for me to open because of my carpal tunnel. Each time I come here, I learn something new. Thank you for everything you do

This last visit was not so well. The flower was great and the customer service was wonderful. However, the tag on all four packages that I had contained the same strand name. This made it difficult to tell, which one was which, and caused my anxiety to get a little too high at times. It became a trial and error on which ones I could use at which times. I find that sativa‘s are too much for me so I have to mix them with the others. I will make sure I pay attention in the future so this doesn’t happen again.

Ok so I read a lot of the reviews since it has been many years that I’ve been to this location. I visit prior when they were here leave but not as The Reef. My budtender (she was on the left side register.) was SO helpful. I gave her my budget, told her what I needed the medication for, and she gave me options. She was so dead on as every flower she recommended, has treated my depression and anxiety. I’m sure everyone has off days, but I’m sure glad I went in on a good one. At first I was getting really irritated by the customer on the right side going through every pack of flower so it seemed. But now I understand lol there’s so many options when they have great deals and you want to make sure you get the best for yourself. As a medical patient, it is highly important to have the right treatment. It can cause symptoms to increase if you dont vibe with your budtender. Wish I would have gotten her name so I can ask for her next time.

This is my second time visiting this particular location since I have moved from the Tempe area. I find that the deals are the same along with the prices. The only difference may be the percentage of what the products are testingtesting at. Otherwise, great experience.

This is one of my go to places when I want variety but don’t have a lot to spend. Both locations are close to me, and they always have some really good deals.

I was able to stop by and grab my favorite Stiizy cart before they ran out. Through in a little fiower and my weekend is ready 😀

The absolute best place to go for edibles hands-down! The prices are Great, and the products work as they should. Im learning what works best for me and which ones have a better taste. So far the Refeer Gladness is my ONLY editable go to thus far.

I absolutely love coming to this location early in the morning to beat the heat, especially when they have the sales on the pre-rolls. My bud tender Shannon P was super helpful and very friendly, and was so patient when I carried on a conversation with someone else and forgot what register I was at! I always recommend this place to a friend and look forward to my next visit when I see a great deal come through in text message.
