Holly at the Gilbert location is so rude every time I’ve ever had the misfortune of getting her as my budtender. I always try to give her the benefit of the doubt but it’s happened so many times I genuinely just think she’s a beast.
Told me my order was ready, the guy in front of me didn’t have an order, so it was my 1st time here so they had to signed me up, waited in line the guy that was In front came in and got called before me. Nobody even tell me what my 1st patient deal either. The wax was all stuck to the wrapper it was mess.

Good flower purchased altho again your misleading ppl with new pt false advertising.
last 2 times I have received melted edibles(gummies) the product inside the packages was all melted into once piece and not easy for dosing. do you not climate control or quality check products from vendors? this is people's medicine!!!! also had a BOGO for timeless but had no 1g carts and about a 1/3 of the 500mg carts. just poor service all around.

I have been a customer at Territory Dispensary Gilbert for a little while now and, I know times are hard regarding COVID, but I called in today for clarification on a 4.20 deal you're offering and spoke with Keena(?) who was very short and very rude to me. This used to be my go-to place for my meds and I've never before experienced such poor customer support from a dispensary. In fact, the reason this was my go-to dispensary was because of how friendly and sincere the employees have always been, with today's exception. Again, I understand times are tough and I am calling in on 4.20 (assumed to be uber-busy) but it is no excuse to me for such a poor experience. As a veteran and simply a human, I am no stranger to issues such as these (horrible customer experience) but I really do like this place and most of the employees I've been in contact with here. However, if this employee continues to serve such rude and unexpected service to your customers, its a really bad look when there are so many other options not far away. I hope you use this information to provide some guidance as I really do appreciate Territory and all it's done for me. However, today, as a result of my interaction with Keena over the phone, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Which is truly unfortunate given the fact that your institution is once again offering some of the best deals in the entire valley. But I am not simply paying for product. I am happy to pay a premium for the support and guidance I've come to appreciate from the industry. Support that was entirely absent today. I'll return again. My previous experiences were too good to simply close the door on Territory. But, I will specifically request each time I arrive not to be assisted by Keena. In my opinion, her performance today is in no way a reflection of the good nature and solid guidance I've come to know Territory for. I wasn't sure if this is the right place for this review so I will be copying it to anywhere else I can find that accepts dispensary reviews. Thank you, all (even Keena for the lesson) for your good work and continued support. I hope this day goes better for us all than it has started out.

Put in an online order for northern lights oz, got confirmation of my order and even showed up in the time window just to be told they didn't have my order. Or any northern lights. Won't be returning here again.

Did my FTP deal at this place on 4th of July and it was the best choice I could have made. Picked up some Pinnacle level GMO cookies and got some Peak Mendobreath for free. Also bought 1 MUV Coconut Crunch .5 cart and got a GIO pen battery and MUV Black Mamba .5 cart for free. Amazing bud and perfect new vape set up.

Ive been blown away by many of the hi-klas medical products-I was able to try hi-klas cartridges which terp profile taste clean and vibrant. The flavor of each strain is balanced in my opinion, I prefer their sativa carts but indica/hybrids hit there mark! Found the rosin carts from grow science, which now is a staple in my medical relief! Territory's patient advisors are friendly, professional and educated. Thank y'all for all the education and Quality mediations. Wifi Og badder by hi-klas is amazy btw!
I came in today to get a giftbag. I was told if I spent $20 I would get one from your customer service representative when I called to ask what the minimum was. After searching all over online trying to find out. When I got there today I found out it was $100. I would not have driven all the way out there if I knew that. Luckily you decided to honor it. Except we both know you took most of the items out. After comparing bags with bags you were giving out to others I was very disappointed to see how you treat a new medical patient. You were so nice to my face saying it's all there knowing you gave me what you felt I deserved bc I didn't meet your quota. I'm disabled and live on a month to month with these gas prices I didn't have that much today. But if you would have posted that anywhere, and I looked and called customer service. I wouldn't have used the last of my gas to come get ripped off. Blessed you gave me something tho.

So disappointed. Masks are not mandatory for customers. we're in the middle of a pandemic and territory is just helping spread covid. Asked about it and read told the owner said they are not mandatory in Mesa. I checked, they are. Guess it shows the owner cares more about money than the safety of his patients.

Being that they are fairly new to this location, they were sold out of most of the top shelf flower, with no pure sativa flower available. Budtender was great in hooking me up with some decent hybrids, so I will come again in the future when they have more in stock.
Been going to territory for a while now. Visited all locations. Territory Gilbert is my favorite because it is right by my house. I visit it weekly, sometimes twice a week. Today I visited and was treated so poorly and with such disrespect that I will not be going back. I’m going to make sure to let everyone I know who frequently visits here the same thing. I love y’all and I support y’all but today was unreal disrespectful. I don’t normally complain or reach out like this. Unfortunately won’t be spending any more money with you all.
