Being that they are fairly new to this location, they were sold out of most of the top shelf flower, with no pure sativa flower available. Budtender was great in hooking me up with some decent hybrids, so I will come again in the future when they have more in stock.

Been going to territory for a while now. Visited all locations. Territory Gilbert is my favorite because it is right by my house. I visit it weekly, sometimes twice a week. Today I visited and was treated so poorly and with such disrespect that I will not be going back. I’m going to make sure to let everyone I know who frequently visits here the same thing. I love y’all and I support y’all but today was unreal disrespectful. I don’t normally complain or reach out like this. Unfortunately won’t be spending any more money with you all.

Terrible customer service with false advertisement for medical patients. Treated me so garbage as a medical patient

This is one of the worst places to stand in line, people are rude. get very close. managment was very passive aggressive with me when I told them that its not like this everywhere and this place used to not be like this. She would just say the same thing over and over faster and faster each time. that being if you don;t want to stand in line you can sit down and wait, but that was never explained to me in the 3 years I have been going here. used to be a 5/5 a year ago, I would rate this place 0/5 now

Did my FTP deal at this place on 4th of July and it was the best choice I could have made. Picked up some Pinnacle level GMO cookies and got some Peak Mendobreath for free. Also bought 1 MUV Coconut Crunch .5 cart and got a GIO pen battery and MUV Black Mamba .5 cart for free. Amazing bud and perfect new vape set up.

Put in an online order for northern lights oz, got confirmation of my order and even showed up in the time window just to be told they didn't have my order. Or any northern lights. Won't be returning here again.

overpriced and extremely rude not caring individuals

Went last night and bought a bunch of goldsmith. Would have been nice to be told that it should have been 20 percent off (since it was sunday) rather than the full price they charged me. don't know if I'll ever go back

Pasted here for awareness* I have been a customer at Territory Dispensary Gilbert for a little while now and, I know times are hard regarding COVID, but I called in today for clarification on a 4.20 deal you're offering and spoke with Keena(?) who was very short and very rude to me. This used to be my go-to place for my meds and I've never before experienced such poor customer support from a dispensary. In fact, the reason this was my go-to dispensary was because of how friendly and sincere the employees have always been, with today's exception. Again, I understand times are tough and I am calling in on 4.20 (assumed to be uber-busy) but it is no excuse to me for such a poor experience. As a veteran and simply a human, I am no stranger to issues such as these (horrible customer experience) but I really do like this place and most of the employees I've been in contact with here. However, if this employee continues to serve such rude and unexpected service to your customers, its a really bad look when there are so many other options not far away. I hope you use this information to provide some guidance as I really do appreciate Territory and all it's done for me. However, today, as a result of my interaction with Keena over the phone, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Which is truly unfortunate given the fact that your institution is once again offering some of the best deals in the entire valley. But I am not simply paying for product. I am happy to pay a premium for the support and guidance I've come to appreciate from the industry. Support that was entirely absent today. I'll return again. My previous experiences were too good to simply close the door on Territory. But, I will specifically request each time I arrive not to be assisted by Keena. In my opinion, her performance today is in no way a reflection of the good nature and solid guidance I've come to know Territory for. I wasn't sure if this is the right place for this review so I will be copying it to anywhere else I can find that accepts dispensary reviews. Thank you, all (even Keena for the lesson) for your good work and continued support. I hope this day goes better for us all than it has started out.

Grand opening has arrived. I came by rto replenish my stash of CBD/THC cartridges. The special BOGO pricing allowed me to get a 12:1 "Rest" and a 16:1 "Chill" for the price of one cartridge. The Brand was Timeless Canary, and the taste was very nice! For those who love to "meditate while they medicate", these are sweet! A BIG Thank You goes out to my Bud "Guru" Jason (M.) and the whole staff at TERRITORY. Great folks, great medicine! PhatTommy will see you all soon.

Pretty wowed by how kind the staff were. Many were cracking jokes with me, recommending me all sorts of places around town to check out. Overall, a very very friendly environment.

Front desk receptionist ignored me as I walked in for the first time. I felt like I had done something wrong, or was in the wrong place lol. It was odd. Great weed, but too expensive. Staff all need attitude adjustments, tho.

Love coming in. Always a great selection and a staff to match. They are always the best dispensary around by far.

I’ve been here at least five times now and everytime I go back my experience gets worse and worse. They almost never have daily deals on Flower and when you mention a daily deal they are never promoting or helpful about it. Today I asked about the deal and the budtender forgot to even put it in my bag and I spent $280.00 If it weren’t for the quality brands they have i would never go back, horrible customer service budtenders seem to hate their job and it shows.

This place is way overpriced compared to other dispensaries selling the same brands. Was told it was because am paying for the glass jar and the flower didn’t come in a glass jar was in a bag but on the shelf that comes in glass so not sure how that’s calculated but it’s wrong because other dispensaries are selling the same brand for $5 less. So that rubbed me the wrong way obviously. Deals and regular pricing is definitely not competitive. The bud is good but the same stuff is sold at other dispensaries for cheaper. The place is clean and nice the bud tender was cool and the gentlemen at the front is freakin awesome. Decor is modern and sick. If they had competitive pricing would be my main but don’t see why they are more expensive, what they offer doesn’t warrant that. I like containers that keep my bud fresh not bags so don’t mind paying extra for that but they come in bags for glass price. If your supplier puts them in bags vs glass then you shouldn’t be charging for the glass jar when that happens, your already charging more from the jump. Wrong Territory. All their items are $5+ more than other places. Cream sold for $45-50 is $60 at this store???? Same product. 🤔

I don’t really see what other people are so upset about, it seems like maybe they just had a bad day and decided to just be upset, what’s the fun in that? Cheer up people and stop being a whiner. This place has been nothing short of amazing. I have had nothing but great interactions with people who are just kind. I feel like people who talk bad about this place have some incredible bias that is showing and it’s sad. Awesome people, great location and super inviting (not to mention the meds are legit) my go to place if Tru Med is to out of the way. Highly recommend and will be coming back for more. Also, it’s nice to see they are opening more locations. Good people need to be more involved in this industry, as you can see from other reviews, been around this stuff since it’s infancy and can see the real patient minded places.
